<ul><li>Execute precise testing procedures to verify product conformity to specifications and industry standards.</li><li>Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods, identifying deviations.</li><li>Document all testing results, observations, and non-conformances accurately in compliance with quality systems.</li><li>Operate and maintain calibrated testing equipment, ensuring its readiness and reliability for accurate measurements.</li><li>Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Perform root cause analysis on defects and contribute to the development of preventative measures.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).</li><li>Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections by providing necessary documentation.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and methodologies.</li><li>Ensure adherence to all relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production lifecycle.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li><p>Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.</p></li><li><p>Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills.</p></li><li><p>Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.</p></li><li><p>Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to report findings clearly.</p></li><li><p>High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience (1+ years) in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within a plastic manufacturing, HDPE pipe extrusion, or a similar industry.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other relevant quality management systems.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.</p></li></ul>
