- Execute precise testing procedures to verify product conformity to specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods, identifying deviations.
- Document all testing results, observations, and non-conformances accurately in compliance with quality systems.
- Operate and maintain calibrated testing equipment, ensuring its readiness and reliability for accurate measurements.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform root cause analysis on defects and contribute to the development of preventative measures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections by providing necessary documentation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality control processes and methodologies.
