The Retail NPL Portfolio will include but not limited to over-due personal loans and advances, late credit cards payments and defaulted vehicle loans and mortgage loans. The Retail Division Collection Unit will report on a dotted line basis to the SVP, Retail Recovery Control. Immediately advised the bank’s Legal personnel of such Retail NPL<br><br>accounts and provide them with relevant legal documentation related to the exposure as early as possible so that<br><br>timely action can be initiated to avoid further deterioration of the account and or initiate early recovery of the<br><br>overdue amounts including conducting thorough legal documentation review and security / collateral confirmation<br><br>and re-valuation to assess the current legal and collateral position of the bank to formulate the appropriate<br><br>remedial, re-structuring / and collection strategy for such account with the best interests of the bank in mind and or<br><br>to assist in building up bank’s case against the customer.<br><br>Determine updated collateral [real estate and movable assets] values and mark to market values of securities<br><br>pledged – if any, and assess the liquidity of such collateral to estimate recovery potential upon liquidation scenario<br><br>execution.<br><br>Recommend, in coordination with Retail Collection Unit, engagement of competent and reputable external debt<br><br>collectors to augment retail collection efforts, especially for overseas defaulters overseas, and manage the<br><br>relationship by ensuring the existence of a process whereby timely and updated information regarding defaulting /<br><br>absconding customers is provided to them to help the agencies in their efforts to track such customers; and in turn<br><br>periodic collection status reports are given to the Department to update us on developments. You will lead and execute IT-focused internal audit engagements across PIH's Group technology environment — covering IT general controls, cybersecurity, ERP systems, data integrity, and emerging technology risks. You will also oversee the Senior IT Auditor and work closely with the broader IA team to embed IT audit perspective into operational and financial audit engagements. Key Responsibilities Plan and lead IT audit engagements across PIH's Group technology environment, including IT general controls (ITGCs), application controls, cybersecurity, access management, change management, and business continuity Lead ERP-focused audit work, including SAP access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), master data governance, and system configuration reviews across Finance, Procurement, and HR modules Assess IT risks across key business systems, infrastructure, and data environments, and translate findings into clear business risk and control language for non-technical stakeholders Develop and execute IT-specific Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), distinguishing design effectiveness (DE) from operating effectiveness (OE) Support the integration of data analytics and continuous monitoring into the broader IA function, including automated control testing and exception-based reporting Draft and review IT audit reports, ensuring findings are accurate, risk-rated, and accompanied by practical remediation recommendations Manage the full finding lifecycle from identification through to remediation closure Supervise, coach, and review the work of the Senior IT Auditor Contribute to the annual risk-based audit planning process, advising on IT and technology risk across the Group audit universe Liaise with IT, Information Security, and business process owners to coordinate audit activity and validate findings Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field; professional certification required or near completion (CISA, CRISC, CISSP, or equivalent) Minimum 7–9 years of IT audit experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity Strong hands-on experience with ERP audit, particularly SAP (FI/CO, MM, HCM) — access controls, SoD, and application control reviews Solid understanding of IT general controls frameworks (COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST) and their application in an audit context Experience with data analytics tools (ACL/Galvanize, IDEA, Power BI, SQL) in support of audit and continuous monitoring Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders and communicate IT risk findings at senior management and Audit Committee level Based in or willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar

Position Overview The Retail Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the boutiques and pop-ups, including sales staff, customer service, store presentation, sales performance, stock movement, staff duties, reporting, and store-level coordination.<br>The role requires someone who is firm, organized, sales-focused, detail-oriented, and able to manage a luxury retail environment. The Retail Supervisor must ensure that staff understand their responsibilities, customers receive excellent service, and the boutique is always maintained to a high standard.<br>III. Responsibilities and Duties Store Operations Supervise daily boutique and pop-up operations. Ensure stores open and close on time according to company procedures. Maintain store cleanliness, display standards, fitting rooms, lighting, racks, packaging areas, and customer-facing spaces. Ensure the boutique always reflects a luxury and premium retail image. Monitor staff presence, grooming, attendance, breaks, and daily performance. Assign daily duties to sales staff and ensure they are completed. Ensure store policies are followed consistently.<br>Sales Team Management Lead, train, and supervise the sales team. Ensure sales staff understand product information, designer details, pricing, sizes, exchange/refund policies, POS usage, and customer service standards. Monitor daily sales performance and push the team to achieve targets. Coach staff on upselling, cross-selling, customer communication, and luxury service. Report staff performance issues, shortages, lateness, poor attitude, or repeated mistakes to management. Ensure sales staff update sales reports and stock movement accurately.<br>Stock & Store Movement Monitor stock movement inside the store. Ensure stock receiving, stock transfers, returns, exchanges, and damaged items are recorded properly. Coordinate with the E-Commerce Specialist for online order stock confirmation. Coordinate with Relationship Manager if designer clarification is needed. Report missing stock, damaged items, wrong prices, or quantity mismatches immediately. Ensure physical stock is handled carefully and not released without proper documentation.<br>Customer Service Ensure customers receive a professional and luxury experience. Handle normal store-level customer complaints. Escalate serious complaints, VIP matters, designer-related complaints, refund requests, or legal concerns to Relationship Manager, Head of Finance, and Owner when required. Ensure customer complaints are documented and resolved properly.<br>Reporting Verify daily sales reports. Check POS, cash, card, invoices, and sales staff reports. Report discrepancies to the Junior Accountant and Head of Finance. Submit weekly store reports including sales, staff issues, stock issues, complaints, and store supply needs.<br>IV. Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies The ideal candidate should have:3–5 years of retail management experience. Experience in luxury retail, fashion, modest fashion, abayas, perfume, beauty, or multi-brand retail is preferred. Strong leadership and staff management skills. Strong customer service and sales skills. Ability to manage sales targets and staff performance. Good understanding of stock movement and POS systems. High attention to detail. Strong communication and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure during pop-ups, events, launches, and busy periods. English is required; Arabic is an advantage.<br>V. Additional Requirements Must maintain boutique luxury standards at all times. Must be firm with staff while remaining professional. Must ensure reports are accurate before submission. Must escalate serious issues immediately. Must not approve refunds, payments, penalties, or commercial exceptions without management approval.

Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Assist delivery of the strategic vision for Qatar Energy Trading’s transformation, aligning it with long-term goals and architecture. Provide expert support and required technical services to QET on related applications, in coordination with the other ICT entities.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>Minimum of 9 years of work experience in Commodities trading with leading IOCs, trading houses, NOCs, or vendors in change, process, and technology. Strong C/ETRM experience in designing and implementing solutions to enhance trading strategies, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency. Strong understanding of commodity markets (LNG is preferred), trading strategies, related organization, processes, risk management principles and related technologies solutions (C/ETRM, Fleet Management, Trading Platform, Market Analytics, etc). End-to-end, multi-disciplinary knowledge is required in areas such as Commodities trading, Shipping and Finance with advanced knowledge of the front-to-back office trade lifecycle. Specialized experience in at least one area, such as Physical LNG Trading, Cargo Operations, Shipping, Derivative & Emission Trading, Trading Risk and Finance, or Portfolio Optimization. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Ability to work with the unknown, own problems and make decisions.
