Company Description Soulmates is a creative event agency. We build brand activations, pop-ups and events that people actually remember. We're looking for a freelancer to help us plan and run brand activations, handle PR and manage influencer collaborations. You'll work closely with our creative and production teams, from first idea to the day it goes live. What you'll do Plan and execute brand activations and pop-ups Run PR outreach: media lists, press releases, follow-ups Manage influencer partnerships end to end: scouting, briefs, deliverables Keep timelines, budgets and clients calm What we're looking for1–3 years in events, PR or influencer marketing Strong writing and communication in English (Arabic or Russian is a plus) Someone organized enough to juggle three projects and curious enough to make each one better Based in Doha, Qatar How it works This is a freelance position, not full-time employment. You're paid per project, with scope and fee agreed upfront before each one. Workload varies with our project calendar.
