ENCCC JV joint venture.<br><br>For the duration of your VIE assignment, you will be responsible for the following activities:<br><br>Understanding the contractual and commercial operations of Technip Energies’ construction contracts, with a particular focus on the NFS project contracts<br><br><br>Assisting the local manager with the following tasks:<br><br>Tracking and responding to requests for additional work Managing cost and/or extension-of-time claims from and to subcontractors Monthly tracking of invoicing and payments to subcontractors Weekly meetings with subcontractors Preparing the monthly activity report for construction contracts Preparing contract amendments Tracking correspondence related to construction contracts Coordination with other project disciplines (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Scheduling, etc.) to ensure and anticipate that the subcontractor is able to perform its services without disruption, thereby protecting the company’s interests against potential claims from the subcontractor Involvement in site operations: Regular site visits; participation in HSE inspections<br><br><br>About the profile:<br><br>Graduate of a general engineering school You are eager to gain hands-on experience with the on-site execution of a large-scale onshore project within the LNG sector. <p>The Lead Process Improvement Engineer Facility Management is responsible for driving continuous improvement, operational excellence, quality assurance and cost optimisation across Facility Management operations. The role works closely with operational, technical and commercial teams to assess actual service delivery, identify performance and cost gaps, improve processes and ensure consistent compliance with contractual requirements, internal standards and industry best practices. As the HVAC / ICWS Technician, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and Industrial Control & Water Systems (ICWS) supporting mission-critical facilities at Al Udeid Air Base. This role ensures reliable environmental control and water system operations in accordance with U.
