This part-time, on-site role is based in Doha, Qatar, and involves actively identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings and product demos, and following up with potential clients. The Sales Manager will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, prepare proposals and commercial offers, and maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline. The role includes collaborating with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions, gathering client feedback to improve services, and representing Mazad Live at client meetings, events, and industry gatherings. The Sales Manager will also monitor market trends and competitors to support strategic decision-making.<br>Qualifications<br> Strong skills in B2B sales, account management, and pipeline management, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Experience in relationship-building, client onboarding, and stakeholder communication across diverse business environments. Comfort with digital platforms, Saa S products, or marketplace/auction solutions, including the ability to conduct online and in-person demos. Solid negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a consultative selling approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred. We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Cloud Advisory team in Qatar, supporting the Digital Factory program—one of the country’s most ambitious digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will help large organizations define their cloud journey in practice, advising senior government and enterprise leaders on cloud strategy, sovereign and hybrid platform decisions, migration sequencing, and the capabilities required to sustain delivery over time.<br><br>This is a client-facing, commercially aware role. You will lead advisory engagements, develop relationships, support business development, and grow your team.<br><br>Key responsibilities include:<br><br><br>Lead cloud strategy and advisory engagements from discovery and current-state assessment through to an executable, prioritized roadmap.<br>Advise on platform decisions across public, sovereign, and hybrid cloud models, grounded in business reality, data-residency requirements, and Qatar’s national digital agenda.<br>Shape the Digital Factory operating model, including platform teams, automation, process orchestration (BPM/workflow), and integration services to deliver at pace.<br>Act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and technology leadership.<br>Drive business development through proposals, client presentations/orals, and relationship building that supports long-term partnerships.<br>Ensure delivery quality, team growth, and wellbeing—owning people outcomes as well as results.<br>Apply best value from Accenture’s global cloud alliances (OCI, Azure, AWS, GCP).<br>Own engagement financials and provide transparent updates to senior stakeholders.<br>12+ years of experience in IT consulting or technology advisory, with a significant portion in cloud strategy and/or transformation.<br>Proven experience leading advisory engagements (not only contributing).<br>Strong practical knowledge of cloud adoption, including governance, Fin Ops, security, migration patterns, and organizational change/adoption.<br>Familiarity with sovereign cloud constraints and government data-residency requirements (preferred).<br>Experience with process automation and orchestration platforms (e.g., Camunda or similar BPM/workflow engines), as well as API management and event streaming, and how these support a digital factory model.<br>Experience in the GCC region is a strong advantage; Qatar or broader Gulf government experience is preferred.<br>Ability to operate at the executive level and simplify complex technical topics for senior audiences.<br>English fluency is essential; Arabic is a plus, particularly for senior government stakeholders.<br>Relevant cloud certifications are a plus; delivery outcomes are more important.<br>Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; MBA is a plus.<br>Willingness to be based in Doha and work on client site; eligibility to support Qatar government programs.

The role focuses on planning, organizing, and controlling production operations to meet company targets while optimizing resources and reducing costs.<br>Key Responsibilities1. Production Planning & Operations Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily and weekly production activities. Ensure timely execution of cutting, polishing, edging, fabrication, and finishing processes. Monitor production output to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements. Optimize machinery utilization and minimize production downtime. Selection of material that is suitable and in sufficient quantity that can cover the project needs.2. Quality Control Implement and monitor quality standards for marble slabs, tiles, and customized items. Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet company and client specifications. Take corrective actions on defects, rework, and non-conformance issues.3. Team Management Supervise and lead production supervisors, machine operators, technicians, and labor workforce. Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure proper training for staff. Promote teamwork, discipline, and safety practices across the production floor.4.
