المرشح المطلوب
حد أدنى 10 سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة في مصانع تصنيع هياكل الصلب / صناعات تصنيع الصلب. خبرة قوية في إدارة عمليات المصنع والرقابة على الإنتاج. قدرة مثبتة في تخطيط الإنتاج وتنفيذ المشاريع وتسليم المشاريع في الوقت المحدد. خبرة في إدارة ورش التصنيع وفِرَق الإنتاج والعمليات اليومية. معرفة جيدة بعمليات تصنيع الصلب وأنشطة الورش ومتطلبات ضبط الجودة. فهم قوي مع معايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والامتثال. مهارات قيادة وتواصل وإدارة فريق ممتازة.
Manage overall steel fabrication factory operations. Plan and monitor production activities to meet project deadlines. Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and project teams. Ensure quality standards and HSE requirements are maintained. Manage manpower, resources, and workflow efficiency. Drive continuous improvement in fabrication and manufacturing processes.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in steel structure fabrication factories / steel manufacturing industries. Strong experience in factory operations management and production control. Proven ability in production planning, project execution, and timely project delivery. Experience managing fabrication workshops, production teams, and daily operations. Good knowledge of steel fabrication processes, workshop activities, and quality control requirements. Strong understanding of HSE standards and compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
