We are recruiting an experienced Shop Manager on behalf of a confidential client within the retail sector.<br><br>This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused retail professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving sales performance.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Lead the day-to-day operations of the retail store to ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Drive sales performance and achieve revenue and profitability targets. Analyse sales trends, monitor best-selling products, and identify stock replenishment requirements. Manage inventory, stock movements, cycle counts, and loss prevention activities. Ensure the store is maintained to the highest visual merchandising and presentation standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
