Plans and schedules all drilling and associated activity. Directs personnel towards achieving optimum job performance according to the client s requirements. Ensures any deviation from client well plan (Game Plan) is approved by OIM, and that Client representative has documented in written form. Consult with the OIM/Night Tool pusher and Client s Representative regarding the progress of the Drilling program and associated operations, keeping the driller informed about the ongoing drilling program objectives and communicating any changes in plans. Relieve the Driller at the Driller s console as operational requirement demands. Ensures by pre-planning that all necessary equipment is ready for the next phase of the Drilling / Workover program.
