Job description: Job Purpose Executing the risk-based IA strategy for AAM by performing financial, operational, and compliance audits. IAE shall also perform ad hoc reviews, which may be requested by AAM Management / Board from time to time. IAE is also responsible for other professional and administrative internal audit tasks assigned by the IA Assistant Manager / Director. Principal Accountabilities Perform audits as per Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) Standards and Guidelines. Ensure that deliverables are of high quality and are completed on time and within the allocated budget. Complete all assigned internal audit engagements for the year as per the IA Strategy. Conduct special audits (ad-hoc reviews) and other tasks as assigned by the IA Assistant Manager/ Director. Prepare and maintain internal audit working papers, IA Memos, administrative records, and other internal communications as per Records Management and IIA Working Paper Standards. Identifies and analyzes causes of uneconomic and inefficient practices; assesses alternatives that might yield desired results. Develops recommendations for bringing programs and operations into compliance with goals and objectives, and write reports on documenting findings. Lead audits, compliance reviews, and assessments for automotive technical processes, ensuring adherence to Internal Audit standards Visit locations to evaluate automotive service quality, operational effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory, OEM, HSES, and company requirements Leverage audit and automotive systems (SAP, Power BI, Team Mate+, TMC Oasis etc.) to support audit activities Maintain expertise in automotive technologies and share technical insights with the Internal Audit team Required Qualifications Education - Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering Professional/Technical Certifications Years of Experience - 6 - 8 Years Automotive experience at Toyota Kirloskar Motors (TKM India), Toyota Philippines or any other TMC country entities

This role is crucial in generating workshop revenue by ensuring vehicles are maintained to company standards with minimal repeat repairs. Success in this role requires a focus on fixing vehicles right the first time, maintaining high productivity and efficiency, and adhering to safety and procedural guidelines. The Technician reports to the Service Supervisor and collaborates closely to address challenges such as diagnosing car issues and handling special tools. What You Will Do: Prompt execution of service repairs requested on the repair order as per schedule provided. Report additional job required in car with cost estimate. Maintain Check Sheets and Log sheets. Upkeep tools and equipment in the individual bay as per company standards. Proper handling of special tools. Proper housekeeping of the work bay. Ensure zero repeat repairs. Proper diagnosis and trouble shooting. Request assistance through Supervisor if required. Conduct final inspection as per the SOP. Deliver the desired efficiency and productivity as per targets given. Ensure prompt punch in and punch out to get the accurate booking hours. Ensure follow-up of standard operating procedures in technician role. Ensure fire extinguishers are kept close by for immediate action in case of working with fuel systems. Use and maintain appropriate PPEs supplied. Participate in workshop meetings. Report all incidents to the supervisor. Required Skills To Be Successful: Technical problem-solving skills with a focus on first-time repair accuracy. Effective use of special tools and equipment. Capability for E-learning and participating in training development plans. Ability to use workshop manuals and wiring diagrams. What Qualifies You For The Role: ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering.2 to 3 years overall experience as Technician in automotive dealership. Technical skills, user skills in tools and equipment, basic PC skills, motor driving experience, and knowledge on automotive parts. Complete bronze certification/internal assessment for Technician; silver for Technician-Senior; gold for Technician-Master. Overview Seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer / Quality Manager with 12+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control management for large-scale construction projects, including mission-critical data centers. Participate in client audits, authority inspections, and final acceptance processes. About You Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
