Ensure that the relevant disciplines / trades follow valid standards, technical requirements, and good engineering practices to ensure that projects are executed in line with agreed specifications. Approve and maintain modern and good standards on engineering practices in the department. Ensure that the MOC process is followed into the projects, prior to changes taking place. This as part of the governance. Ensure RCA on projects is implemented for positive and gaps and to capture as lessons learnt projects life cycle, and their implementation in future projects.
