Prepare and implement Project Execution and QHSE Plans for all assigned projects. <p>Key Responsibilities Conduct fire, explosion, and loss-prevention studies (e.g., HAZOP, QRA, fire &amp; gas mapping) as required by the project. Review process safety and loss-prevention deliverables for compliance with QatarEnergy standards. Support design reviews and ensure incorporation of loss-prevention recommendations into engineering deliverables. Provide technical input on fire protection, gas detection, and emergency shutdown/response systems.
