الأدوار والمسؤوليات
قيادة فريق المشروع من خلال جميع جوانب اختيار التقنية، أساس التصميم، وتصميم العملية. تقديم المدخلات وقيادة مراجعة تصميم المقاول لـ PFDs، P&IDs، مخططات التخطيط، موازنات المواد للحرارة والطاقة، تصميم المواد الكيميائية الجديدة، تصميم العملية، إلخ. التأكد من أن التصميم يتضمن أدوات نظام التحكم المتقدم في العملية لتحسين الأداء. مراجعة وتقديم الملاحظات على التصاميم، واختيارات المعدات، وخطط البناء مع أعضاء فريق المشروع الآخرين. المشاركة في HAZOPs للمشروع، تحليل هدف الإنذار، وتقييمات MOC HSE للمشروع بعد HAZOP. يقود التحكم في العملية، والتشابك، منطق الإغلاق، العرض البياني لـ DCS، تصميم عرض الإنذار. مراجعة واعتماد إجراءات التشغيل الضرورية والتدريب من منظور عملية المشروع لضمان التشغيل العادي، التشغيل عند البدء، الإيقاف، الحدود البيئية، والإيقاف الطارئ. المشاركة في عملية MOC من خلال تقديم المدخلات الفنية وتقييم التوصيات لضمان الجدوى التشغيلية والامتثال لمعايير السلامة. ترتيب خدمات الاستشارة الخبيرة المتعلقة بالعملية حسب الحاجة. تنسيق جميع الدراسات الاقتصادية للمشروع مع مجموعة الاستراتيجية.

الخبرة
المطلوب (سنوات / مستوى الوظيفة / الصناعة): 5-7 سنوات خبرة في صناعة النفط والغاز.
المفضل (سنوات / مستوى الوظيفة / الصناعة): خبرة مشابهة في صناعة البتروكيماويات.
اللغات

Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead project team through all aspects of technology selection, design basis, and process design. Provides input and leads the review of contractor design of PFDs, P&IDs, plot plans, heat and energy material balances, design of new chemicals, process design, etc. Ensure design has appropriate Advance Process Control System tools incorporated for process optimization. Review and provide feedback on designs, equipment selections, and construction plans with other project team members. Participate in project HAZOPs, alarm objective analysis, and project MOC HSE evaluations after HAZOP. Leads process control, interlock, shutdown logic, DCS graphical display, alarm display design. Review and approve necessary operations procedures and training from a project process perspective to include normal operation, startup, shutdown, environmental limits, and emergency shutdown. Participate in the MOC process by providing technical inputs and evaluating recommendations to ensure operational feasibility and compliance with safety standards. Arrange process-related expert consulting services as needed. Coordinate all project economic studies with Strategy Group.

Education
Required (Qualification1 / Discipline): Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical/ Electrical / Mechanical/ Civil).
Preferred (Qualification1 / Discipline): Master Degree in Engineering (Chemical/ Electrical / Mechanical/ Civil).
Experience
Required (Years2 / Job Level3 / Industry): 5-7 years of experience in the O&G Industry.
Preferred (Years2 / Job Level3 / Industry): Similar experience in Petrochemicals Industry.
Languages
Required (Language / Level4): English - proficient
Preferred (Language / Level4): Arabic - working knowledge
