<p>In this hybrid role, you will not only impart your technical expertise through instruction but also contribute to the development/revision of vocational courseware that enhances the learning experience for the customer. You will also be responsible for developing an engaging and interactive technical courseware and providing instruction and support to General Engineering and specialty teams and its courseware. You are expected to develop and deliver an engaging technical instruction to diverse audiences, adapting teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles. Core Activity: The Instructor/Assessor will deliver a range of training modules, across the Vocational Training Program. The Instructor/Assessor will assess learner performance, in accordance with the assessment strategy in force for the modules. Assessment of learners may take place from within or outside of their trade boundary, to allow for independence. <p>The Technical/Workshop Assistant is responsible for assisting with the safe delivery of practical based lessons to both General Engineering and Specialty Training to cadets within the BAE Systems Qatar Technical Institute in Doha, Qatar. <p>As a Product Engineering Senior Manager, you will define and drive product strategy across complex product portfolios, ensuring customer needs, business goals, and technology capabilities are aligned to deliver measurable outcomes.
