Job Description Wood is accepting expressions of interest for a Project Director (Offshore) to join our team in Qatar. Purpose Of The Position As Structural Superintendent, you will respond to the Fabrication Manager and be part of the COMP3 project within Fabrication Department. How can you support us? Here below your responsibilities: Mission Organise, coordinate and control the erection works, both performed by subcontractors or in direct hiring, ensuring the management of interfaces with production superintendents, engineering, methods disciplines and quality control Manage the activities to integrate sub-assemblies and complete the end product, including Mechanical Completion, preparation for load out, sea transport/offshore hook up load in and installation on foundations, as applicable for Onshore or Offshore projects. Tasks ▪ Promote safe works practices and environmental protection, ensuring that safety standards are respected ▪ Ensure the fulfilment of the project quality and contractual requirements ▪ Set-up time schedule adhering to the time frame allocated to the specific scope of work ▪ Coordinate, and organise when in direct hiring, erection works to ensure correct and cost-effective performance, in accordance with the established operating programs, coordinating and controlling the activities performed by the dependent teams ▪ Coordinate support activities (scaffolding, lifting and handling) ▪ Ensure that welding activities and non-destructive controls are carried out and released before painting, with a view to cost optimization ▪ Coordinate all disciplines involved in the work up to Mechanical Completion optimizing overlapping operations ▪ Release mechanically completed system to Commissioning unit in the scheduled sequence ▪ Ensure that load out operations are carried out ▪ Give all information regarding the progress of the work indicating the cause of deviations between the program and the work carried out and propose solutions and/or request instructions to overcome these problems. Overview Working across the globe, V2X builds smart solutions designed to integrate physical and digital infrastructure from base to battlefield. Under the supervision of the Transportation Motor Pool -TMP Lead. The TMP Dispatcher is responsible for providing excellent external and internal customer service to V2X customers. Maintains a system of record for gathering information to update fleet inventory vehicles and Material Handling Equipment-“MHE” and service records by ensuring that outgoing odometer mileage, destination, and estimated time of return as required, odometer mileage, return dates and time, information from vehicle users, and other observable necessary maintenance and repair work are recorded. Monitors actual release, return and accountability of fleet vehicles and MHE to ascertain the current location and user of each vehicle and MHE by maintaining a standard system of recording. This includes but not all encompassing: Dispatch, Vendor exchange, Purchase request, Purchase order, works with V2X Property team to ensure proper tag and un-tagging. Ensures employees have all license, Home country, International, Permits in accordance with policy and procedures of V2X. Schedules servicing of fleet vehicles including lubrication, oil and filter changes, body and engine repair, tires, necessary warranty work, and cleaning of vehicles to insure efficient and sound operating condition by calling the desired place of service and making an appointment for the necessary service work and/or assigning such work to appropriate employees within the agency. Determines vehicle service needs and writes maintenance repair orders for fleet and workspaces as required. Works daily in Maximo and or other system of record to order and issue parts and supplies to mechanics and other company employees for repair work. Verifies all billings from vendors for services provided, received and/or work performed. Responsibilities Functions primarily as dispatcher for all fleet vehicles and MHE, is responsible for receiving, recording, and effectively managing requests for TMP Lead / leadership. Responsible for ordering parts and supplies for TMP assigned Responsible for coordination with Property Team when leased equipment is added or removed from fleet to ensure proper tagging and un-tagging for 100 percent Update information on dispatch board. Daily reports as required by TMP leadership and management with 100 percent accuracy.100 percent accountability of all assigned vehicles and Perform other duties as Qualifications Education/Experience Requirements Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Must provide a copy of the diploma. Skills Ability to communicate clearly by email, telephone and Teams,Ability to record, transmit, and report information accurately. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently. Physical Requirements Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. The Talent Acquisition Manager will own the design and execution of recruitment strategies for Snoonu's business functions — including operations, logistics, commercial, finance, marketing, and corporate teams. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you will build the systems and partnerships that power our business hiring engine while ensuring every candidate interaction reflects Snoonu's values of innovation, integrity, and excellence. What You’ll Get Your Hands On: Review, design and implement talent acquisition strategies for business functions — operations, logistics, commercial, finance, marketing and corporate — aligned with Snoonu's growth roadmap and workforce plan. Partner with business department heads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and set quality benchmarks for each function. Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline across business-critical roles, ensuring readiness for rapid scaling, new vertical launches, and market entry. Own recruitment analytics — track, report, and act on metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rate to continuously improve the hiring function. Lead workforce planning and diversity hiring initiatives, ensuring Snoonu's teams reflect the international and multicultural community we serve. Coordinate with the tech/product TA stream to ensure a unified candidate experience, consistent employer messaging, and shared best practices across hiring functions. Operational Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition through onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. Source and attract candidates through a diverse mix of channels — job boards, social media, headhunting, university partnerships, employee referrals, and community events. Conduct structured interviews and assessments, evaluating candidates not only for skills and qualifications but for alignment with Snoonu's core values. Manage and develop the recruitment team, setting clear goals, coaching on best practices, and fostering a high-performance culture within the TA function. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, executive search firms, and job platforms to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and SLA compliance. Ensure all recruitment practices comply with Qatar labor law, visa and sponsorship requirements, and Snoonu's internal policies.
