The CSEA Contractor is expected to provide hands-on support to the Cyber Security Engineering and Architecture section by contributing to security architecture activities, technical security reviews, control implementation, risk assessments and advisory services across enterprise systems, infrastructure, cloud environments and applications.<br><br>The Contractor Is Expected To Have<br><br>Hands-on experience with Enterprise Security Architecture methodologies and modern security technologies, including IAM, SIEM, EDR/XDR, WAF, SASE, Zero Trust, cloud security, and security automation tools. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure security, including network security, cloud security, endpoint security, identity security, and secure architecture design principles. Experience implementing, validating, and reviewing security controls across IT infrastructure, cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, and enterprise applications. Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing security control libraries, security patterns, baselines, and architecture standards, while ensuring their integration into security architecture and engineering activities. Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards, laws, and frameworks, including NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, CIS Controls, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and other relevant regulatory or compliance requirements. Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, including secure network architecture, endpoint protection, identity and access management, cloud security, Dev Sec Ops, and defense-in-depth design. Experience conducting security design reviews, architecture assessments, threat modeling, technical risk assessments, and security gap assessments. Ability to support business units, project teams, IT teams, and security stakeholders in selecting, designing, and implementing secure information systems and technology solutions. Experience with security automation and scripting using tools and languages such as Python, Power Shell, Bash, Terraform, Ansible, or similar technologies. Ability to support security investigations, incident response activities, forensic analysis, root cause analysis, and post-incident improvement recommendations when required. Experience providing technical consultation and advisory support on CSEA-related projects, initiatives, and engagements as requested by the CSEA Section Head. Excellent ability to translate technical cybersecurity concepts, risks, and recommendations into clear business language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience participating in cybersecurity committees, technical working groups, architecture review boards, project meetings, and cross-functional security discussions. <p>Responsible for reviewing, coordinating and managing the technical design aspects of large, multi-disciplinary sewage infrastructure projects, including sewage treatment works, pump stations, construction, refurbishment and upgrading projects. The role ensures that designs, drawings, specifications and technical submissions comply with approved design requirements, local Qatar standards and applicable international codes. The position works closely with client, contractors, technical and construction teams, planning teams, government agencies and other stakeholders to obtain approvals, resolve technical issues, minimize clashes and ensure design deliverables support the construction sequence and overall project completion.</p><p>Key Responsibilities (Internal Business Process) Review design documents, plans and specifications for accuracy, completeness and compliance with project requirements. Review designs against applicable Qatar standards and codes, including QHDM, QTM, WZTMG and QCS, and applicable international codes where local standards are not applicable. Review and comment on contractors’ and consultants’ technical submissions and recommend acceptance or otherwise. Review structural works and design and coordinate recommendations with internal and external stakeholders. Review and approve design documents and monitor their implementation during construction. Design review and technical design management. Review of plans, specifications and design documentation for accuracy and completeness. Structural design review and coordination. Review and approval of shop drawings and as-built drawings. Construction supervision experience on large, multi-disciplinary projects. We’re Hiring: Senior Mechanical Engineer – Package / Rotating Equipment<br>Location: Doha, Qatar (Office Based) Employment Type: Permanent<br>Key Responsibilities Lead mechanical engineering activities for package and rotating equipment in oil & gas projects. Review and approve vendor documents, engineering calculations, and technical specifications. Prepare and review requisitions, datasheets, bid evaluations, and technical queries. Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure project requirements are achieved. Monitor vendor performance and resolve technical issues during engineering and procurement stages. Ensure compliance with project specifications, international codes, company standards, and HSE requirements. Support procurement, inspection, testing, installation, commissioning, and project close-out activities. Participate in design reviews, HAZOP, and client meetings when required.<br>Requirements<br>Bachelor’s or Postgraduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering.13+ years of experience in mechanical engineering within the Oil & Gas/EPC industry. Strong experience with package and rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, fans, and associated systems. Sound knowledge of API, ASME, and international engineering standards. Experience in vendor management, technical bid evaluation, and multidisciplinary coordination. Proficiency in engineering documentation, datasheets, specifications, and technical reports. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.<br>Preferred Experience working on major EPC projects in the Middle East. Familiarity with P&IDs, piping layouts, engineering drawings, and quality management systems.

<p>Job Summary The Electromechanical Maintenance Supervisor will supervise technical teams and day-to-day electromechanical maintenance activities , ensuring safe and effective operation and maintenance of building systems. Key Responsibilities Supervise technicians and daily maintenance activities. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance. Monitor electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems. Allocate work and monitor technical team performance. Identify technical issues and coordinate corrective actions. Ensure compliance with safety and occupational health procedures. Coordinate with Facilities Engineers and Managers. Evaluate individual and team performance.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Mechanical/Electrical Engineering degree preferred; or relevant technical qualification.</li><li>For technical qualification holders, minimum 10 years' total experience .</li><li>3 years' experience within schools and kindergartens.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.</li><li>Previous supervisory experience on similar-sized projects.</li><li>Strong team leadership and communication skills.</li><li>Microsoft Office proficiency.</li><li>Arabic and English bilingual capability required for this recruitment.</li></ul>
