Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Perform comprehensive Project Planning / Scheduling, Progress monitoring / reporting and<br><br>Time Management functions. Prepare Cost Estimates / Budgets, Cost Forecast / Cost<br><br>Reports. Report monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD), Monthly Invoice Payment / Accruals<br><br>and highlight areas of concern for management consideration and action.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>1- Expert knowledge in Planning, Scheduling and Cost Engineering activities including<br><br>Schedule preparation and Cost estimation at various phases of the Project.<br><br>2- Should be a great team player.<br><br>3- Should be proficient in spoken & written English.<br><br>4-Able to read / understand engineering drawings / work packs, well developed analytical<br><br>skills and very good knowledge of internationally acceptable norms.<br><br>5-Good computer skills and proficient user of PRIMAVERA (P6) / MS PROJECT<br><br>planning software, Excel, Power Point etc.<br><br>Educational Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor Degree in an Engineering Discipline, minimum of 10 years of experience in<br><br>Cost Engineering and Project Management in the Oil and Gas Industries and offshore<br><br>Projects.
