<li>Direct, as a single counterpart of contractor's Commissioning Manager, the contractor to deliver the safe execution of Site commissioning activities in compliance with the strategies and planning agreed by the Parties and set on the Project</li>
<li>Responsible for allocation of PMT commissioning manpower resources to the Project Delivery Teams in the matrix organization.</li>
<li>Ensure technical compliance is maintained in the commissioning activities, collaborating and aligning with Project Managers (accountable for delivery) and Functional Managers (Safety, Quality, Business, etc., accountable for technical support) to support delivery in line with the commissioning and project schedule.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency and alignment across all Project Delivery Teams, resolving and prioritizing escalating issues in line with overall project objectives.</li>
<li>Functionally supervise the PMT area commissioning teams under the Delivery Teams by ensuring (1) consistency in the commissioning execution across the areas (2) timely and adequate resources allocation. Deliver commissioning reporting (by contractor and by PMT) timely with quality and in full compliance with project requirements.</li>
<li>Oversee and facilitate commissioning meetings (with contractors) by (1) setting objectives, agenda and other terms and references, (2) preparing meeting materials, (3) leading discussions in the meetings, so that meetings can be completed timely with expected outcomes delivered</li>
<li>Manage interfaces with Operation Expansion & Startup team for technical alignment and cordial relationships to ensure timely and flawless handover of the Plant facilities/Systems</li>
<li>Supervise the PMT Completion and Handover (HO) team so that the completion/HO dossiers can be processed in a timely and coordinated manner with acceptable quality (OPTONAL ACCOUNTABILITY TO BE CONFIRMED in a later stage)</li>
<li>Contribute to the review and preparation of the co-activities with the other project in SIMOPS anticipated in the last two (2) years of the project execution within the same plot</li>

<li>15 years' experience in various project phases, such as engineering, procurement, and construction, within large-scale commissioning projects in the oil and gas industry, including 5 years in a supervisory role overseeing service/vendor personnel, and having overall responsibility for commissioning execution.</li>
<li>Experience with Oil & Gas companies, Contractors, or Service Companies.</li>
<li>Broad and extensive knowledge of engineering design standards, specifications, codes, operating equipment in the Oil & Gas industry, and appropriate safety criteria.</li>

<p>Job Purpose
Gather relevant information about plant equipment, piping, and platforms and prepare accurate drawings/diagrams using computer aided 3D design and 2D drafting software (preferably, but no limited to, PDS/SP3D, Microstation E3D, AutoCAD, and SPPID) in order to assist in visual communication about plant functions/design, bills of materials (BOM), and management of change (MOC).
Key Accountabilities
Data Gathering
Make site visits and coordinate with concerned individuals/departments in order to collect as-built information about piping and instrumentation, equipment details, and structural pipe supports
Preparation & Updating of Drawings
Prepare Plot plan, Key plan, general arrangement drawings, isometrics, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), pipe support drawings or any other drawings,
Prepare equipmen/piping structural supports/platforms drawings including MTO and BOM, and MOC drawings, in line with Company's drafting standards.
Perform site surveys and prepare As-built drawings according to site measurements.
Update plant drawings as part of Management of Change (MOC) process.
Performing quality checks on drawings prepared internally or externally
Validate consistency between engineering drawings and plant databases (tag numbers, equipment IDs, line references) and escalate discrepancies.
Control integration of vendor drawings into plant documentation ensuring alignment with existing plant design and standards .
Ensure drawing readiness prior to Turnaround (TA) execution by identifying outdated or missing drawings.
Support alignment between engineering drawings and asset management systems.
Ensure proper capture, tracking, and incorporation of field redlines into final drawings with full traceability.
Maintain tracking of drawing status (draft, under review, approved, as-built) and report overdue updates.
Information Dissemination
Control native files and upload, with assistance frorn RIM personnel, relevant information to the Company's electronic data management system (ECM) in order to ensure that the right information is available to the right personnel at all times.

<p>The Programmer is to provide planning, project programming and other administrative duties as required by a USAF engineering contract. This position will be in support of the Air Force Contract Augmentation Program (AFCAP) and it is located at Al Udeid Air Base (AUAB), Doha, Qatar. Essential Responsibilities: • Provide planning, project programming and other administrative duties as required by the contract. • Program all projects IAW latest AFCENT Business Rules for the Execution of the Integrated Priority List guidance and DAFI 32-1020, Planning and Programming Built Infrastructure Projects and support the facility board process by participating in meetings, preparing briefings, and inspections. • Must prepare, maintain and document approval documents, records, reports, and data associated with project programming and make available upon request from the Customer. In conjunction with the real property accountable officer, the Programmer will provide a recommendation to the Government regarding if capitalization of any of the project work is necessary. If the Government concurs that capitalization is necessary, the Programmer will initiate a draft DD Form 1354, Transfer and Acceptance of Military Real Property, identifying all work needing to be capitalized. Will provide all programming documents to include draft DD Form 1391, DD Form 1354 (draft) and/or AF Form 300 (as applicable) within 30 calendar days of WRRB approval with no more than two (2) missed due dates allowed per month. • Will assist with the development and maintenance of project data files (including complete project requirements, justification, and environmental compliance criteria data) within NexGen IT or other database as designated by the Customer. • Will monitor, update, and verify accuracy and consistency of project data including review of all open work on the facility and existing projects on a facility to identify and eliminate duplication.
