We are looking for an experienced Onsite Support Engineer to provide second-line technical support for end-user devices, workplace technologies, and enterprise IT environments. The role involves troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting VIP users, and ensuring seamless IT operations while meeting SLA commitments. Audio Visual (AV) Commissioning Engineer is responsible for the configuration, programming, testing, calibration, and successful handover of audio-visual solutions in various environments, ensuring that all systems meet project specifications and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Commission AV systems (audio, video, lighting, and control), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across all components. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and fault resolution to maintain functional, high-quality AV installations. Calibrate audio and video devices (speakers, microphones, displays, projectors, and cameras) for best sound and visual quality. Collaborate with designers, programmers, and project managers for smooth project delivery and system optimization. About the Role We are looking for a strong Site Reliability Engineer to own and continuously improve the reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence of our production systems. You will be responsible for the infrastructure and reliability layer behind our commerce platform, including AWS, Kubernetes, networking, databases, search infrastructure, observability, CI/CD, incident response, and production operations.
