الغرض الرئيسي من الوظيفة<br><br>مسؤول عن قيادة مهندسي تخصصات الجاهزية التشغيلية، وفنيي التخصصات بالتنسيق مع فريق مشروع قطر للطاقة والمقاولين لضمان تنفيذ متسق وموحد لتصميم المشروع، وأنشطة ما قبل التشغيل، والتكليف، وبدء التشغيل لمشاريع منطقة العمليات (إدارة العمليات) وفقاً لإجراءات قطر للطاقة المعتمدة، والمبادئ التوجيهية، والتصميم الهندسي، ومعايير/مواصفات السلامة والبيئة ونطاق العمل لضمان ما يلي:<br><br>أن يكون مالكو أصول منطقة العمليات مستعدين تماماً لتولي ملكية الأصول في نقطة التسليم/الاستلام، وأنهم قادرون على تشغيل وصيانة تلك الأصول بطريقة آمنة وموثوقة ومستدامة. أن يتم تسليم مشاريع منطقة العمليات (إدارة العمليات) بشكل أسرع بكثير، وبتكلفة أقل بكثير، وبأعلى إنتاجية مع الحفاظ على أعلى معايير الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة.<br><br>الخبرات والمهارات المطلوبة<br><br>خبرة لا تقل عن 15 عاماً في تصميم وبناء وتشغيل وبدء تشغيل مرافق معالجة وإنتاج النفط والغاز (برية/بحرية)، ويفضل أن تكون مع شركات مقاولات هندسية وإنشائية (EPIC)، منها ما لا يقل عن ثماني (8) سنوات كمنسق تكليف/قائد فريق.<br><br>خبرة في العمليات والصيانة، وأنشطة ما قبل التشغيل وبدء التشغيل والتسليم للمشاريع.<br><br>المؤهلات التعليمية<br><br>درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص هندسي، ويفضل الهندسة الكيميائية / العمليات / الميكانيكية. يفضل الحصول على حالة مهندس معتمد (Chartered Engineer) أو ما يعادلها.

Position: Lead Quality Engineer Location: Ras Laffan, Qatar Industry: EPC / Oil & Gas (Onshore & Offshore)<br>Skills & Knowledge:Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS) and EPC quality processes. Proven experience in QA/QC management for Oil & Gas, Offshore, Onshore, LNG, and Petrochemical projects. Expertise in international codes and standards including ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, ISO, and NACE. Experience in welding inspection, NDT, fabrication, piping, pressure vessels, and mechanical quality control. Ability to develop and implement Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and quality procedures. Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary QA/QC teams and coordinating with clients, contractors, and third-party inspectors. Experienced in conducting quality audits, managing NCRs/CAPAs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.<br>Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (B. Reports To: Operations Engineering Manager Company: Qatar Fabrication Company Location: Ras Laffan / Qatar<br>**PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO QATARI CANDIDATES**<br>Primary Functions This position will prepare cost estimates for bidding multimillion dollar worth Oil and Gas Projects.<br>Tasks and Responsibilities Review customer/Bid tender package to fully understand SWO, specifications and schedule. Raises clarifications where necessary. Reviews and understands contract price form, clarifies unit rate and lump sum breakdown. Understands planned bid strategy, build sequences and methods to execute the scope of work from operations engineer. Issues technical execution plan. Request and Coordinates inputs from Operations / Production / Shop Engineers, Yard Superintendents, Planning, Welding Engineers, QA/QC, Construction Support Engineering, Procurement. Checks if any new equipment Is required to execute work. Obtains cost by liaising with Procurement. Manages all coordination for loadout preparation and weighing. Carries out coordination with Marine and Fab Team for installation aids, sea fastening and offshore lift rigging. Responsible for driving business growth within Qatar’s Oil, Gas & LNG, Petrochemical, and other Industrial sectors for the AMPIS division. Job Summary<br><br>The Senior QA/QC Engineer is responsible for leading and overseeing Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across the fertilizer complex to ensure that plant assets, materials, equipment, and construction activities comply with applicable international standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout their lifecycle. The role provides technical assurance for procurement, fabrication, welding, construction, inspection, testing, and material quality, while promoting a proactive "Quality at Source" culture to enhance asset reliability, mechanical integrity, and process safety.<br><br>The position also maintains compliance with ISO/IEC 17020 requirements by implementing and continually improving the Inspection Body Management System, supporting accreditation, and ensuring effective quality management practices across the Asset Integrity function.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Lead and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) activities across all QAFCO plants and facilities to ensure compliance with company specifications, international standards, and statutory requirements. Expertise needed to take decisions, if any deviations from the specification and Mock test requirement, etc. Monitor the repair and integrity of pressure equipment, piping, and static equipment in accordance with applicable codes and standards, including ASME PCC-2, to restore and maintain mechanical integrity. Manage inspection, testing, certification, and performance evaluation of pressure relief devices, and develop optimized inspection scopes using Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies. Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including Radiation Protection licensing and other applicable Ministry requirements. Maintain, calibrate, and control inspection instruments, tools, and equipment to ensure their accuracy, availability, and compliance with quality requirements.
