Minimum 15 years of experience in investor relations, equity capital markets, listed companies, investment banking, or a related capital markets environment. Proven experience building or leading teams and developing new functions or capabilities. Strong expertise in corporate disclosure, governance, investor relations, and capital markets regulations. Demonstrated ability to deliver executive-level training, education, and stakeholder engagement programs.
