Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for revenue growth and margin improvement. Work closely with the marketing team to enhance partner visibility and drive traffic to product offerings.<br><br>Pricing And Profitability<br><br>Develop pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning and improved margins. Monitor category profitability and provide recommendations for adjustments. Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and ensure pricing competitiveness.<br><br>Operational Support<br><br>Work with the operations team to ensure smooth fulfillment, stock availability, and timely deliveries. Assist in resolving operational issues such as stock discrepancies or delivery delays. Monitor partner compliance with operational and quality standards.<br><br>Data Analysis And Reporting<br><br>Analyze sales performance, partner growth, and customer behavior using Excel and other data tools. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to track category KPIs and partner performance. Job Summary<br><br>You will be responsible for the design and development of the overall functionality of digital products to ensure exceptional user experience by translating business requirements and concepts into sitemaps & journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes. Design and develop UX interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience. Research, understand, and utilize ongoing mobile applications’/website analytics. <br><br>Job Responsibilities<br><br>Design & Development <br><br>Create customer experience journeys for product/project features, web pages, product interstitials, notifications, and other components of the product experience that align and support the overall subscriber experience. Create wireframes, storyboards, walkthroughs, and prototypes to communicate your design to the rest of the team. Develop detailed wireframes, user flows, mockups, and other product deliverables to effectively communicate designs and product requirements. Formulating information architecture and navigation for complex data structures Articulating future-proof design strategy for multi-audience, multi-channel, multi-app solutions Work with other teams to test features and incorporate user feedback into design iterations. Utilize rapid prototyping and iterative design techniques. Design for multiple platforms & screens for people-centered digital products. Deliver engineering-friendly design specifications and documentation. Online portfolio of Research, Personas, UX Flows, Experience Maps, Wireframes, Prototypes, and User Testing Conduct benchmarking against similar types of businesses to ensure that the proposed design is following the latest trend in the market and is competitive compared to other businesses in the same industry. Conduct research pre-developing the customer experience. Conduct surveys to collect end customers’ feedback on the developed journeys. <br><br>Documentation, Communication & Collaboration <br><br>Create documentation (Interactive playbooks, UX documentation, site architecture, wireframes, use cases, and task flows,) to be used by the team. Maintain all UX/UI Templates, documentation, assets, personas, design mockups, user flows, navigational maps, and experience documentation for assigned projects. Communicate designs – Create meaningful UX deliverables such as sketching, storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes. Collaborate with project teams to create artwork for the platform that satisfies requirements and strategic messaging and continues to raise the visual integrity of the user experience, to drive user adoption and engagement. Collaborate with fellow designers to help evolve the design language of the website/mobile application. Collaborate cross-functionally with other groups to solve strategic initiatives and new project challenges quickly and creatively. Work closely with a cross-functional team of designers, software engineers, product managers, and business owners through all product development phases. Work with the Software Testing team during the testing phase to ensure that what was developed matches the journey designed <br><br>Job Requirements<br><br>Educational Qualification <br><br>Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field Licenses & Certifications Scrum Master Google UX Design Professional <br><br>Previous Work Experience<br><br>5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, information designer, interaction designer, and graphic designer Experience in professional user interface design or related design disciplines Proficiency with several graphics’ tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Proficient with at least one of these design programs such as Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent Proficiency with wireframe and prototyping tools (Axure is the current tool of choice) Ability to work on highly detailed projects, highly creative brand-driven projects. Experience shipping high-quality consumer or enterprise products a plus. A strong portfolio of work demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design, design strategy and process Critical thinker able to work through complex variations and with high attention to detail. Experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments for both desktop and mobile. Experience applying WCAG standards to design concepts.
