training documentation is properly organized and compliant.</li><li>Ensure that all Talent & Culture meeting minutes are prepared and circulated within 24 working hours following the completion of each meeting.</li><li>Ensure all associate documentation (joiners, leavers, contracts, addendums, probation, disciplinary records, etc.) is properly recorded and securely maintained.</li><li>Support payroll processes through attendance validation, documentation accuracy, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor probation periods and provide timely reminders to Department Heads to ensure structured performance reviews.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with company policies, local labor laws, and audit standards at all times.</li><li>Manage document control including scanning,
