Signage Fabrication & Installation Technician Location: Doha, Qatar — On-site Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 4–5 Years Preferred: GCC Experience Language: English — Reading, Writing & Basic Communication Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Signage Fabrication & Installation Technician to join our on-site team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in signage production, fabrication, graphic finishing, and installation. The role involves working on a variety of commercial and retail signage projects, including illuminated signs, 3D channel letters, lightboxes, vinyl graphics, ACP cladding, directional signage, and branding installations. Key Responsibilities Fabricate, assemble, finish, and install indoor and outdoor signage. Read and interpret technical drawings, production layouts, and installation plans. Measure, cut, assemble, and finish signage components using appropriate tools and equipment. Prepare substrates and surfaces for accurate vinyl application. Apply self-adhesive vinyl graphics to acrylic, glass, metal, composite panels, and vehicles. Mount, laminate, trim, and finish printed graphics according to project specifications. Install illuminated signs, 3D channel letters, lightboxes, directional signage, and commercial branding elements. Perform ACP cladding installation and associated finishing work where required. Carry out site installations while following applicable workplace safety procedures. Inspect completed installations for quality, accuracy, alignment, and finish. Coordinate with production and installation teams to meet project deadlines. Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean and organized work area. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–5 years of relevant signage fabrication and installation experience. Experience working on commercial, retail, advertising, or corporate signage projects. Strong practical knowledge of vinyl application, graphic finishing, and signage assembly. Hands-on experience with illuminated signs, channel letters, lightboxes, and ACP cladding. Ability to interpret technical drawings and installation layouts. Familiarity with workshop tools, fabrication equipment, and installation methods. Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving ability. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Basic English communication skills. Walk-in interviews will not be accepted.Job PurposeSupport Expansion Project Instrument activities for pre-commissioning, commissioning, preservation and start-up tasks and conduct Instrument field maintenance activities safely, including preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance, to ensure reliability and availability of Company Assets (North, South, RLTO & Refining, Barzan and NFE facilities).Key Job Accountabilities<ul><li>Participates in pre-commissioning, commissioning, preservation and start-up of new equipment and facilities.</li><li>Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance work on field instruments as directed in the field and workshop in line with safe work practices.</li><li>Ensure that material and spare parts are available and in good condition before starting maintenance activities as per work plan.</li><li>Ensure applicable maintenance procedures are followed and ensure proper controls are in place to ensure safe workplace.</li><li>Provides accurate records and close-out reports of all completed work as per company requirements, as requested and guided by Foreman/Supervisor.</li><li>Participates in troubleshooting of instrumentation field issues, as directed and guided by Foreman/Supervisor and issue timely reports.</li><li>Reviews the Piping & Instrument Diagram and Drawings (P&IDs), loop drawings, hook-up drawings, instrument index, instrument datasheets, logic diagrams and other documents required to tackle issues related to field instrumentation.</li><li>Perform calibrated and certified tools specific for the job type and ensure requirements for Intrinsic Safety (IS).</li><li>Participates in regular Toolbox meeting with colleagues and reports all Near Misses, Incidents and Accidents during operation by raising B-Safe or observation cards.</li></ul></div></section><section>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Completion of Secondary School education followed by vocational training program (TAFE).</li><li>3 years experience as a technician in the Oil & Gas industry or petrochemical industry</li><li>Computer literate with basic knowledge in MS Office software.</li><li>Good written and oral communication skills in English.</li><li>Extensive experience in the operation, maintenance, and calibration/testing of process control systems including Field, Panel, DCS, PLC s instruments, vibration measurement, Fire and Gas and ESD systems.</li><li>Valve (Control/ON-OFF/Emergency-Shutdown) stroking or calibration and troubleshooting skills.</li><li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings (P&ID s) and documents.</li><li>Good adaptability to multinational environment with wide exposure to various cultures and customs.</li><li>Experience working in H2S environment.</li></ul></section>

Job Overview We are looking for a skilled and versatile Mechanical / Electrical Technician to join our Operations & Maintenance team. This role is responsible for the daily hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of critical water treatment systems, including Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, water softeners, and UV disinfection facilities. A significant portion of this role involves servicing medical and hospital environments, requiring a high level of reliability, attention to hygiene standards, and the ability to maintain critical ultrapure water systems without disrupting facility operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on all mechanical and electrical components (pumps, valves, blowers, dosing systems, and control panels). System Troubleshooting: Swiftly diagnose and repair mechanical breakdowns and electrical faults to minimize system downtime. Specialized Water Treatment Operations: Execute Clean-in-Place (CIP) chemical cleaning procedures for RO membranes, recharge/backwash water softeners, and replace UV lamps and quartz sleeves. 2. Hospital & Medical Facility Compliance Ultrapure Water Oversight: Monitor, maintain, and log parameters for medical-grade and ultrapure water systems, ensuring strict compliance with hospital and healthcare water quality standards. Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to rigorous infection control, health, safety, and environmental standards required when working inside active medical facilities and wastewater plants. 3. Site Logs & Reporting Data Tracking: Maintain accurate daily logs of water quality parameters, chemical consumption, pressure differentials, and maintenance work orders. Team Coordination: Work closely with the O&M Engineer / Coordinator to report site conditions, spare parts requirements, and potential operational risks.Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on technical experience maintaining water treatment systems (RO, STP, Softeners, UV) with clear exposure to medical, hospital, or pharmaceutical environments. Education/Certification: Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent trade experience). Technical Competencies: Electrical: Ability to read electrical drawings, troubleshoot control circuits, test relays, and work safely with 3-phase power, motors, and PLC panels. Mechanical: Strong plumbing, piping, and mechanical repair skills (shaft alignments, seal replacements, pump overhauls). Process: Solid understanding of CIP protocols and water softening cycles. Attributes: High reliability, disciplined adherence to safety protocols, and a clean, professional demeanor suitable for customer-facing medical environments. Availability: Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service responses.
