<p>يقوم بإجراء الاستقصاء عن الأعطال، الإصلاح، التركيب، الصيانة، التعديل والتجديد على مجموعة من أنظمة التحكم في العمليات/الأتمتة السلامة في أي مصنع لمعالجة النفط والغاز ومرافق التخزين والتحميل</p><p>يقوم بالعثور على الأعطال بشكل ماهر، الإصلاح، الصيانة، التركيب، الاختبار، المعايرة، فحص الحلقة، إعادة التجهيز على مجموعة من أنظمة التحكم الهوائية والهيدروليكية والكهربائية والإلكترونية وأمان</p><p>وأجهزة القياس والتحليل، DCS، ESD، F&G، SCADA، PLC، معدات الدورانية</p><p>الأنظمة، نظام مراقبة الاهتزاز، عناصر تحكم الذراعين التحميل، نظام قياس الخزانات وإدارة المخزون، مقاييس العهدة، عناصر اشتعال الخان مع وميقات الإشعال والتدفق المتفاوت في صناعة النفط والغاز.</p><p>سيتحمل مسؤولية الحصول على تصاريح العمل الساخن أو البارد وإصدارها وغيرها من الشهادات حسب الضرورة.</p><p>الصيانة لأنظمة كشف الحريق والغاز في المصانع وحمايتها مثل حساسات الغاز القابل للاشتعال والغاز السام، ونظام كشف الحريق في حافة الخزان وحمايته، ونظام الدلوضة في المصانع ونظم الرغوة، وتحكم مضخات المياه الحريق، ونظم إنذار الحريق.</p><p>لإكمال سجلات العمل المنجز وتوثيق تفاصيل التركيبات، أعمال الورشة، التجديد، الصيانة الوقائية، وأعمال اكتشاف العطل/الإصلاح التي تمت إلى الفني الأول</p><p>يشمل إكمال أوراق اختبار معايرة الأجهزة وسجلات الخدمة وسجلات التسجيل.</p><p>تفسير/وضع علامات على الرسومات الفنية.</p><p>للعمل في وضع الاستعداد للحضور عند وجود مشاكل أجهزة مهمة خارج ساعات العمل.</p><p>معايرة معدات الاختبار وصيانتها، وممارسة تنظيم جيد في جميع الأنشطة ومراعاة جميع إجراءات السلامة والوقاية من الحريق.</p><p>مطلع تماماً على نظام تصريح العمل ويجب أن يكون لديه تفويض من المستوى 1/2.</p><p><strong>الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح</strong></p><p>إكمال التعليم الثانوي (12 سنة)، يليه شهادة وطنية عليا أو ما يعادلها. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، دورات قصيرة ذات صلة في السلامة. معرفة جيدة بالحاسوب والشبكات.</p><p>خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في صيانة المعدات في صناعة النفط والغاز أو البتروكيماويات.</p><p>خبرة في تركيب وصيانة وتجديد أنظمة التحكم في العمليات والقياس والسلامة الهوائية والكهربائية والإلكترونية داخل مصفاة هيدروكربونية/نفطية أو محطة معالجة الغاز.</p>
