نحن نبحث عن متخصصين ذوي خبرة في مجال التعلم والتطوير / التدريب لدعم التعلم التنظيمي، وتحليل الاحتياجات التدريبية، وبرامج تطوير الموظفين.<br><br>المسؤوليات الرئيسية<br><br>إجراء تحليل الاحتياجات التدريبية وتحديد فجوات المهارات.<br><br>وضع خطط تدريب سنوية ودورية.<br><br>تصميم وتنسيق برامج التعلم والتطوير.<br><br>تطوير و/أو تقديم دورات تدريبية في المهارات الناعمة والتطوير المهني.<br><br>تنسيق التعامل مع جهات التدريب الداخلية والخارجية.<br><br>تحليل المشاركة في التدريب وفعاليته ونتائجه.<br><br>الاحتفاظ بسجلات وتقارير وإحصائيات التدريب.<br><br>دعم ميزانيات التدريب والعمليات الإدارية ذات الصلة.<br><br>تقييم البرامج التدريبية والتوصية بالتحسينات.<br><br>المتطلبات<br><br>درجة البكالوريوس في الموارد البشرية، أو إدارة الأعمال، أو علم النفس أو تخصص ذي صلة.<br><br>يفضل الحصول على مؤهل دراسات عليا في إدارة الأعمال/الموارد البشرية.<br><br>خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال التعلم والتطوير.<br><br>خبرة قوية في تحليل الاحتياجات التدريبية وتقييم البرامج.<br><br>خبرة في تيسير/تقديم تدريب المهارات الناعمة أمر مرغوب فيه للغاية.<br><br>الإلمام بأنظمة تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP)/الموارد البشرية، ومعايير الآيزو (ISO)، ومتطلبات المخاطر يعد ميزة إضافية.<br><br>يفضل إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
