Roles & Responsibilities:
Respond to basic employee inquiries by providing clear information on HR policies and procedures. Maintain and update employee records and reporting structures under the guidance of HR leadership. Coordinate interviews and scheduling candidate appointments. Distribute and collect performance appraisal forms in accordance with the performance management cycle. Manage the scanning, filing, and archiving of completed evaluation appraisal documents to ensure proper recordkeeping. Support the HRBP in updating the individual development plans (IDPs) with ensuring the alignment of the employee growth objectives. Enter employee feedback and survey responses into HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality. Compile and validate raw data to support the preparation of HR reports. Support the execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals. Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with Qatar labor law and internal policies. Monitor employee engagement levels and support initiatives aimed at improving workplace culture and retention. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
You're a great fit if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2 to 4 years of experience across various HR functions. HR Diploma or relevant professional certification is preferred. Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Hands-on experience working with HR systems (HRIS) and ERP systems.
