Job Summary<br><br>To perform day-to-day internal auditing of CBQ internal controls and business practices by providing inputs to and participation in all phases (planning, execution, reporting and closure) of assignments in order to safeguard CBQ internal controls through the implementation of proper internal audit programs.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Audit Plans and Programs<br><br>Provide inputs on the implementation of audit plans in order to assess the level of adherence to CBQ’s policies and procedures and identify risks and appropriate tools to control them. Conduct investigations and detect any possible fraudulent activities proactively or reactively to ensure that any suspected fraudulent activities are identified, rectified and appropriate course of action is taken against any fraudulent activities in a timely and cost-effective manner. Review audit results with Business Units and liaison with Risk and Legal to coordinate on identified audit observations and actions when necessary in order to reduce risks and vulnerabilities. Regularly follow up with the different business units / functions in order to have maximum adherence to the audit recommendations.<br><br>Advice<br><br>Provide informed and independent opinions to the audited parties, heads of audit on compliance with internal policies and guidelines for appropriate action. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO Analyst to support enterprise project governance and ensure the successful delivery of strategic business and IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing and maintaining Project Management Office (PMO) standards, governance frameworks, reporting processes, and project controls across multiple programs. <p>وصف الوظيفة الاستعداد لاستقبال VIPs يوميًا من حيث تخصيص الغرف، وتوفير المزايا، والطلبات الخاصة للنزلاء. تحقيق نتيجة تدقيق جودة 95% وما فوق من خلال التدريبات الموثقة المستمرة. إبقاء ملفات VIP جاهزة لاستقبال VIP والوافدين الشاملين (بطاقات التسجيل، مفاتيح الغرفة، رسالة الترحيب). المساعدة ومعالجة إجراءات الدخول/الخروج للنزلاء VIP بكفاءة واحترافية. توصيل النزلاء إلى غرفهم وإجراء التوجيه بالغرفة. تحديث معلومات النزيل في الكمبيوتر بعد تسجيل الدخول الكامل. تقديم خدمة ودية ومهذبة للنزيل والتفاعل السريع مع جميع الطلبات والاستفسارات في جميع الأوقات. حل شكاوى/طلبات النزلاء والتنسيق مع القسم المعني لضمان المتابعة الفورية. تحقيق أعلى رضا للنزلاء مقاساً بمنصة TRUST YOU. معالجة إصدار بطاقات غرف النزلاء والسيطرة الفعالة على أمان النزيل. التأكد من وصول جميع الرسائل والبريد والطرود إلى غرفة النزيل. المساعدة في مكتب المعلومات ومركز الأعمال وLounge M حسب التعيين. وجود معرفة برموز الأسعار والباكات والتجزئة والخصومات وكيفية التعامل مع كل منها. الحفاظ على اتصال مستمر مع نزلاء الفندق لضمان معالجة أي مشكلة أو شكوى بشكل فعال وباحترام.</p><p><strong>المرشح المطلوب</strong></p><p>درجة جامعية في إدارة الفنادق، مبتدئ أو خبرة لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في دور مشابه بفندق خمس نجوم.</p>
<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>التقارير إلى مشرف الغسيل، وتشتمل المسؤوليات والوظائف الأساسية على ما يلي دون حصر:</p><p>فرز أغطية الغرف القذرة حسب الحاجة وتعبئة الحاويات، وتسمية التحضير للالتقاط</p><p>فرز/عد الأقمشة القذرة (المأكولات والمشروبات) وتعبئة في الحاويات، وتسمية التحضير للالتقاط</p><p>وضع الأقمصة المتلاعب بها جانباً لمزيد من التحقيق</p><p>الإبلاغ عن أي مواد غير مناسبة توجد في منطقة الغسيل/الماسورة مثل الزجاج، والطعام، والملاعق، والإبر، إلخ.</p><p>الحفاظ على مساحة العمل نظيفة ومرتبة في جميع الأوقات</p><p>ارتداء القناع والقفازات كما ينصح لأسباب الصحة والسلامة</p><p>طي وتكديس المناشف النظيفة وروب الحمام لتلتقطها وتُسلَّمها من قبل حراس الطابق/ عمال الخدمة</p><p>لف أغطية الغرفة ووضعها في الحاويات؛ وجعل الأقمشة النظيفة جاهزة للتوزيع</p><p>إذا لزم الأمر، غسل المناشف، والالتزام بجميع النقاط في التعامل مع المواد الكيميائية، ورفع المناشف كما تم التدريب عليه</p><p>المساعدة في وظائف أخرى عند الحاجة داخل منطقة الغسيل/الملابس</p><p>الإبلاغ عن أي عطل في المعدات أو أي شيء قد يمثل خطراً على الصحة والسلامة إلى المشرف</p><p>حضور دورات التدريب التي تقدمها قسم التدبير المنزلي/ الموارد البشرية</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">الملف الشخصي المرغوب فيه للمرشح</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>شهادة الثانوية العامة، تدريب مهني و/أو خبرة عمل لمدة عام واحد</p><p>فهم أساسي للغة الإنجليزية مرغوب فيه</p><p>القدرة على حمل الأشياء أو المواد التي تزن حتى 11 كجم</p><p>خبرة سابقة في قسم التدبير المنزلي بفندق فخم مرغوب فيها</p><p></p></section>
