Job Summary<br><br>The role holder is responsible for the preventive maintenance, repair, overhaul and troubleshooting of Responsible for Maintenance, diagnostics and troubleshooting of DCS systems (Honeywell TDC-3000 (TPS) & Experion Systems), Safety Systems (Triconex, Siemens, HIMA, Honeywell), PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, HIMA, Honeywell), PDCS Systems (Siemens) and GT control systems (GE Mark VI & Vie).<br><br>Familiarized completely with the allocated area of work, the equipment involved and general idea of the process of the maintenance activities. They will carry out day to day basic maintenance jobs independently under normal supervision. Housekeeping is an important issue, as is the proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment. They must ensure that all the activities are carried out in compliance with QAFCO occupational health, Quality, Safety, Energy and Environment procedures.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Carry out the assigned day-to-day routine and non-routine maintenance activities independently under normal supervision to ensure work is completed on time and to quality standards. Provide advice on completion of work verbally or completing work sheets in order that superior can effectively monitor overall work progress against plans. Gain approval for cold work permits in order to facilitate the execution of assigned tasks in compliance with safety requirements. Conduct toolbox meeting to discuss scheduled work activities and ensure correct tools and safety equipment are available prior to commencement of work. Identify and report problems / findings to immediate superior in order to avert possible malfunction of equipment. Provide work direction to contract-hired manpower. Lead group of contracted manpower to carry out specific tasks during shutdown.<br><br>Desired Candidate Profile<br><br>Minimum of High School + 2 years Diploma in relevant discipline Minimum of 5 years direct experience working in Fertilizer, Petrochemical, Chemical, or Oil & Gas Industry. Ability to work independently and in a team, with strong communication, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good experience of maintenance of Ammonia, Urea, Melamine, desalination and chemical processing plant. Know basic signal circuit design; know types of signals and transmission devices; design and install transmission systems between measurement and control element devices and control equipment; know the transmission system architecture. Know data backup and data restore policy. Develop and implement the data backup and data restore procedures and systems necessary to ensure complete information systems (IS) disaster recovery capability. Know how to select and obtain a spare part utilizing the correct procedures and methods. Technical Knowledge & Troubleshooting skills on Honeywell ESD systems , Triconex,GE Mark VI, Siemens PDCS , Allen Bradley. Know how to use the full complement of firefighting equipment and understand the Permit to Work (PTW) system.

The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of hands-on experience in signage production, fabrication, graphic finishing, and installation.<br><br>The role involves working on a variety of commercial and retail signage projects, including illuminated signs, 3D channel letters, lightboxes, vinyl graphics, ACP cladding, directional signage, and branding installations.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Fabricate, assemble, finish, and install indoor and outdoor signage. Read and interpret technical drawings, production layouts, and installation plans. Measure, cut, assemble, and finish signage components using appropriate tools and equipment. رقم الطلب: 1081<br><br>الموقع:<br><br>مسيعيد، قطر<br><br>نوع العقد: عقد غير محدد المدة<br><br>الوظيفة: الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والجودة (HSEQ)<br><br>ملخص الوظيفة<br><br>يتحمل شاغل الوظيفة المسؤولية الرئيسية عن مساعدة مسؤول الأمن الأول/مسؤول أمن الموقع في إدارة جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالأمن في موقع/مرافق الشركة. سيُطلب من شاغل الوظيفة العمل كمسؤول أمن أول/مسؤول أمن موقع إذا وعندما يتطلب الأمر ذلك. يجب على شاغل الوظيفة إدارة ومتابعة الأنشطة اليومية للأمن.<br><br>يجب على شاغل الوظيفة التنسيق لضمان تنفيذ جميع الأنشطة الأمنية بطريقة سلسة وفعالة تماشياً مع إجراءات المنظمة. سيكون شاغل الوظيفة مسؤولاً أيضاً عن ضمان تأمين الوصول إلى موقع/مرافق الشركة (السياج، البوابات، إلخ).<br><br>المسؤوليات الرئيسية<br><br>المساعدة في تنسيق والإشراف على الأداء اليومي للفريق الأمني من أجل تلبية متطلبات العملاء. الإشراف على البوابة الرئيسية وفحص سياج الشركة، بالإضافة إلى فحص البوابات/المباني الأخرى بشكل دوري. مراقبة حالة مواقف السيارات/اللافتات. التحقق من المواد الداخلة/الخارجة من مباني الشركة. التحكم في دخول المركبات إلى مباني الشركة. القيام بدوريات تفتيش على الأسوار والبوابات. إجراء تقييمات المخاطر للأنشطة المتعلقة بأفراد الفريق الأمني ومراجعتها بانتظام. إعداد تقارير حول مختلف المسوحات التي يتم إجراؤها حسب طلب مسؤول الأمن الأول/مسؤول أمن الموقع وتقديم توصيات عند الحاجة. المشاركة في الدراسات والتحقيقات ومشاريع التحسين المتعلقة بالأمن. المساهمة في تحسين الممارسات والمرافق المتعلقة بالأمن. ضمان صيانة بوابة الحاجز الرئيسية وبوابة الدوران من خلال التنسيق مع الجهة المعنية. ضمان تدريب موظفي الأمن على أدوارهم. تقديم معلومات وعروض توضيحية حول الفحص الأمني. العمل بشكل وثيق مع الموظفين على مختلف المستويات داخل المنظمة للقيام بأنشطة متنوعة مثل تعيين المهام الروتينية ضمن المجموعة الأمنية، ومتابعة المشاريع ذات الصلة. المشاركة في الاجتماعات/المناقشات والتواصل مع الأطراف الخارجية في مجال الاهتمام. مراقبة الدوائر التلفزيونية المغلقة (CCTV)، وأنظمة الإنذار، وعمليات التحكم في الوصول. إجراء تدريب تنشيطي على الإجراءات. ضمان الالتزام بالسياسات الأمنية التنظيمية والمتطلبات التنظيمية. دعم عمليات التدقيق والتفتيش ومراجعات الامتثال. الاحتفاظ بسجلات محدثة للحوادث، وسجلات الدوريات، وقوائم الوصول، والمعدات. التنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية والسلطات الخارجية عند الحاجة. إعداد تقارير مفصلة عن الحوادث والاحتفاظ بسجلات أمنية دقيقة.<br><br>ملف المرشح المطلوب<br><br>الحصول على شهادة الثانوية العامة (12 عاماً من التعليم) كحد أدنى في تخصص ذي صلة. خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مشابه. الحصول على دورات تدريبية ذات صلة في مجال الأمن. إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية أمر ضروري، وإجادة اللغة العربية (تحدثاً وكتابة) تعتبر ميزة إضافية. امتلاك مهارات حاسوبية جيدة وإتقان تطبيقات مايكروسوفت أوفيس. امتلاك مهارة جيدة في تشغيل أنظمة مراقبة الدوائر التلفزيونية المغلقة والتحكم في الوصول.

The role holder leads multi-disciplined teams of head of sections, engineers that will manage a balanced project department projects portfolio on short and long term according to the company’s requirements and plans. Oversees the contracting, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover until close-out of the project’s safety within agreed cost and schedule while meeting quality, project objectives and business controls following QAFCO project management systems.<br><br>The role is heavily oriented towards providing direction to technical problem solving, decision-making, analysis of project department portfolio through the application of analytical and innovative techniques. The role holder reports to the Chief Technical Officer.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Act as the owner/custodian of the QAFCO’s project management methodology and coordinate, tracks for continuous improvements, integrity of system, compliance, training, sustainability. Plan, direct, lead and organise the activities of the projects department to ensure that budgets and R&A plans are met through the optimisation and efficient utilisation of available manpower and working hours and that staff are motivated to realise potential and make significant contributions. Direct and manage the activities of Head of Sections, Project Engineers, Project Support in the planning, scheduling, design quality and execution of projects. Support the Sr. Management with the execution of all aspects of the project including managing the staff, providing vision and strategic leadership, providing, and contributing to the 5-years capital plan, monitoring and control of project schedules and budgets, evaluating project productivity and quality and directing the complete technical operations of the project. Providing recurrent projects executive summary reporting. Monitor project’s balance score cards to meet objectives and expectations. Participate on the performance management meetings. Review, develop and recommend the appropriate organization structure for the department that will be utilise human capital on the current and forecasted workload to meet the business objectives. Ensure that the relevant disciplines / trades follow valid standards, technical requirements, and good engineering practices to ensure that projects are executed in line with agreed specifications. Approve and maintain modern and good standards on engineering practices in the department. Ensure that the MOC process is followed into the projects, prior to changes taking place. This as part of the governance. Ensure RCA on projects is implemented for positive and gaps and to capture as lessons learnt projects life cycle, and their implementation in future projects. Develop QAFCO’s project management methodology, tools, templates, forms, procedures & guidelines to ensure consistent evaluation and implementation of projects.
