Complete period-end closing procedures and reports as specified. Audit cashier banks periodically according to SOPs. Maintain, distribute, and record petty cash, cashier banks, and contracts. Document, maintain, communicate, and act upon all Cash Variances according to SOPs. Act as liaison between property and armored car service or primary banking institution. Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audit processes and ensure compliance with SOPs. Experience in Fire engineering activities like Fire Zone determination, Firewater demand calculations and Firewater network hydraulics. Preparation of third-party scope of work, bid evaluation, and post-award coordination to ensure smooth progress of safety and environmental workshops. Participating and preparing reports for project HAZOP, HAZID, SIL studies, and other safety workshops when required. Able to perform Physical Hazard Effects (PHE) modelling and able to review Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRA). Experience in conducting F&G mapping. Co-ordinating with other disciplines during all stages of design development, construction, pre-commissioning, and start-up. Providing technical support to site as required. Producing and reviewing specifications, data sheets, schedules, study reports, and design calculations; ensuring that they conform to engineering quality, competence, and project management systems. Presenting a client facing leadership role, build confidence and maintain communication with client through formal and informal meetings. Being focused on delivery and maintaining progress in line with project schedules. Leading and mentoring of junior engineers. Demonstrate full ownership of technical safety related scope. Ensure self-awareness of relevant regulatory framework, legislation changes, initiatives, and industry technology developments. Thorough awareness of international codes and standards.
