Project Controls Director Position Summary The Project Controls Director is responsible for leading and managing all project control functions across large-scale Power Plant construction projects, including planning, scheduling, cost control, progress measurement, reporting, risk management, and performance analysis. The role ensures projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and client requirements.
