Prepare and organize documents, reports, correspondence, and filing. Maintain office records and follow up on administrative requirements. Support day-to-day showroom and office operations. Maintain proper filing and ensure documents are organized and easily accessible. Requirements Arabic speaker is mandatory. Good command of English. Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Secretary. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. Experience in interior design, fit-out, construction, or a showroom environment is an advantage. Currently based in Qatar is preferred.
