<p>نحن نوظّف: مدير مشروع – برنامج هام للهندسة والاختبار والتشغيل وإدارة المصانع والصرف الصحي</p><p>التعبئة: فورية / أقرب توفر</p><p>تسعى CME Wakra Water W.L.L. لتعيين مدير مشروع متمكن لتولي المسؤولية التنفيذية عن التسليم المتكامل لمحطة معالجة مياه الصرف الصحي في الواكره والمنطقة الواقعة بالوكير وأعمال OCF-2.</p><p>هذا تعيين قيادي حاسم لبرنامج EPC معقد ومتعدد التخصصات يشمل الهندسة والشراء والبناء والاختبار والتشغيل ونقل الملكية عبر موقعين للمشروع.</p><p>سيقود المرشح الناجح تسليم المشروع عبر:</p><ul><li><p>السلامة والصحة المهنية والامتثال البيئي ورفاهية القوى العاملة</p></li><li><p>الهندسة، وتكامل التصميم، والضمان الفني</p></li><li><p>المشتريات وتبريد المعدات الطويلة الأجل الحرجة</p></li><li><p>الأعمال المدنية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والالكترية والتحكم والقياس</p></li><li><p>إدارة برنامج Primavera P6 واستعادة الجدول الزمني</p></li><li><p>الاختبار والتشغيل واختبار الأداء والتسليم</p></li><li><p>مراقبة التكاليف والسيولة والتوقع حتى الإغلاق</p></li><li><p>إدارة العقود والتغييرات وEOT والدعاوى</p></li><li><p>أداء المقاولين الفرعيين والموردين وسلسلة الإمداد</p></li><li><p>واجهات صاحب العمل والمهندس والسلطات القطرية</p></li><li><p>التوظيف والتعبئة وقيادة فريق مشروع متعدد الثقافات</p></li></ul><p>المتطلبات الإلزامية</p><p>ينبغي أن يظهر المرشحون:</p><ul><li><p>درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو الكيميائية/العملية أو الكهربائية أو الهندسة البيئية</p></li><li><p>خبرة هندسية وبنائية متقدمة لا تقل عن 20 عامًا</p></li><li><p>ما لا يقل عن 12 عامًا في تقديم EPC من جانب مقاول رئيسي رئيسي</p></li><li><p>ما لا يقل عن خمس سنوات كمدير مشروع أو تنفيذي مشروع أو ما يعادله كقائد مشروع ذو نقطة تواصل واحدة</p></li><li><p>تنفيذ ناجح لواحد على الأقل من مشاريع EPC كبيرة لمعالجة مياه الصرف الصحي أو بنية تحتية للمياه أو عملية-مصنع مماثلة حتى التشغيل ونقل الملكية</p></li><li><p>خبرة قيادية في مشروع EPC معقد أو برنامج يساوي أو يزيد عن 300 مليون دولار أمريكي</p></li><li><p>خبرة GCC لا تقل عن خمس سنوات، ويفضل بما في ذلك سنتين على الأقل في قطر</p></li><li><p>معرفة قوية بعقود EPC بنمط FIDIC والتغييرات وEOT والدعاوى وشهادة الدفع وتجنب النزاع</p></li><li><p>فهم على مستوى تنفيذي لـ Primavera P6، وتحليل المسار الحرج، واستعادة الجدول، وتخطيط الموارد، وتوقع التكاليف وإدارة المخاطر</p></li><li><p>إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة ومحادثة بطلاقة؛ العربية ستكون ميزة قوية</p></li><li><p>القدرة على العمل بدوام كامل في قطر والحفاظ على وجود واضح في كلا موقعَي المشروع</p></li></ul><br><p><strong>المرشح المرغوب فيه</strong></p><br><ul><li><p>مهندس معتمد، CEng، P.Eng., PE أو تسجيل مهني معادل</p></li><li><p>تسجيل هندسي فعّال لدى وزارة البلدية القطرية</p></li><li><p>شهادة NEBOSH أو IOSH أو ما يعادلها في قيادة الصحة والسلامة المهنية</p></li><li><p>تدريب رسمي في عقود FIDIC والدعاوى والتفاوض أو تجنب النزاع</p></li></ul><p>نحن نبحث عن قائد حاسم، واعٍ تجارياً وذو مصداقية تقنية يمكنه بناء فريق عالي الأداء، وحماية المسار الحاسم، وإدارة واجهات أصحاب المصلحة المعقدة وتقديم العمل بأمان دون المساس بالجودة والتشغيل أو الحقوق التعاقدية.</p>

You will work collaboratively with project managers, engineers, contractors and client representatives to monitor compliance, identify risks and promote effective health, safety and environmental practices.<br><br>Through regular site engagement, inspections, assurance activities and practical technical guidance, you will help ensure that work is delivered in accordance with approved project requirements and applicable health, safety and environmental standards. You will contribute to a positive working culture that encourages shared responsibility, continual improvement and the effective management of risk.<br><br><strong>Key responsibilities and duties are listed, but not limited to, the below:<br></strong><ul><li>Support the implementation and continual improvement of project health, safety and environmental requirements.</li><li>Monitor site activities against approved HSE plans, procedures, risk assessments and method statements.</li><li>Conduct site inspections, audits and assurance activities, documenting findings and monitoring actions through to closure.</li><li>Review contractor HSE plans, risk assessments, method statements and associated supporting documentation.</li><li>Identify hazards, unsafe conditions and environmental risks, recommending practical and proportionate control measures.</li><li>Provide HSE guidance to project managers, engineers, supervisors and contractors.</li><li>Support the reporting and investigation of incidents, near misses and environmental events.</li><li>Contribute to inductions, toolbox talks, safety briefings and HSE awareness activities.</li><li>Maintain accurate inspection reports, registers, records and HSE performance information.</li><li>Promote good environmental practice, including pollution prevention, responsible waste management and efficient resource use.</li><li>Support continuous improvement and digital ways of working, sharing knowledge and lessons learned.</li><li>Demonstrate safe, ethical and inclusive behaviours aligned to Mott MacDonald values.<br><br></li></ul>Candidate specification<br><br><strong>Essential<br></strong><ul><li>A degree, diploma or recognised qualification in occupational health and safety, environmental management, engineering or a related discipline.</li><li>Relevant HSE experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or a comparable project environment.</li><li>Experience conducting site inspections, audits or HSE assurance activities.</li><li>Experience reviewing risk assessments, method statements and contractor HSE documentation.</li><li>Knowledge of occupational health, safety and environmental requirements relevant to project delivery.</li><li>An understanding of incident and near-miss reporting and investigation.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to raise concerns constructively.</li><li>The ability to work collaboratively with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.<br><br></li></ul>Desirable<br><ul><li>Experience supporting major infrastructure, transportation or structures projects.</li><li>A recognised health and safety qualification, such as NEBOSH, IOSH or an equivalent certification.</li><li>Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.</li><li>Membership of a relevant health, safety or environmental professional body.</li><li>Experience with digital HSE inspection, assurance or reporting tools.<br><br></li></ul>Your benefits and rewards<br><br>Our benefits vary by country and are subject to eligibility and local policy:<br><ul><li>Rewards and bonuses: we are owned by our people, with no external investors, and through our employee ownership model success is shared through annual bonus opportunities and longer-term participation as your career grows, subject to local plan, eligibility and business performance.</li><li>Medical insurance and life insurance as per local plan.
