What You Will Do Achieve monthly sales revenue, volume, and gross margin targets for marine engines in Qatar. Identify and develop new business opportunities across boat builders, fishermen, retail customers, and key accounts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business, retention, and customer satisfaction. Support market share growth by expanding the active customer and dealer network. Promote marine products through customer visits, product presentations, exhibitions, events, and marketing activities. Prepare accurate sales forecasts, maintain pipeline visibility, and submit timely sales reports. Knowledge of the Qatar marine market and customer segments such as boat builders, fishermen, and retail customers is preferred. About The Team You will be part of the Marine team based in Doha, working closely with the Marine Sales Manager and cross-functional teams across logistics, service, spare parts, finance, and marketing. In this Role, You Will Help on defining the Product Customer Value Proposition and Go To Market (GTM) Strategy Design optimization strategy for the product across the full funnel – from user across key business metrices (i.e., acquisition, activation, transaction growth, top-ups loyalty and customer engagement) Execute the marketing strategy: e.g., Launch the different marketing channels (e.g., paid search, app campaigns, affiliates)  Optimize performance campaigns across channels such as; App campaigns, KOL initiative and Paid search Optimize incentives via campaigns across markets to drive business objectives while maintaining sustainable unit economics Work closely with Product and Design to Shape onboarding, in-app messaging, and key user journeys Collaborate with Fintech, Legal, and Compliance to ensure campaigns, claims, and messaging are accurate, compliant, and easy for customers to understand and translate regulatory constraints into clear, user‑friendly communications Build and continuously improve dashboards, reporting, and processes on your respective portfolio to scale operationally over time. This is a sole contributor role with strong visibility across Managers and Directors What You’ll Need To Succeed Must Have Qualifications Marketing expertise: At least 3 years of experience with running strategic initiative within the e-commerce, consulting, OTA and fintech space Strong analytical skills:Comfortable working with data and performance metrics (CAC, LTV, activation, retention, payback, cohorts) Ability to pull and analyze data using SQL and/or self‑serve BI tools Demonstrated entrepreneurial / builder mentality:Able to operate in ambiguity, set up new processes, and “figure things out” without a playbook. The Opportunity: As a Senior Analyst, you will report directly to either the Senior Manager or Associate Director within the Supply Department and this will be an individual contributor role. You will be responsible and fully empowered to work with the partners on the ground. We analyze partner and marketplace dynamics, build forecasts and models, run experiments, and create scalable dashboards and data products that power strategic direction and operational execution. Our work improves inventory quality, partner economics, and the long-term health and growth of Agoda. The Opportunity: As a Senior Analyst, you will report directly to either the Senior Manager or Associate Director within the Supply Department and this will be an individual contributor role. You will be responsible and fully empowered to work with the partners on the ground. You will be supported by a team within the Supply department and work closely with other Team members within Agoda. In this Role, you’ll get to: Translate internal briefs into analytical projects (to include refining the initial brief and asking the ‘right questions’, working through potential hypotheses and storyboarding the output) Use and analyze data from multiple large-scale data warehouses and present statistically strong analysis to a wide range of business stakeholders. Proactively identify opportunities for growth within supply and the wider business. Drive new analytical initiatives and projects aimed at improving organizational efficiency and shaping Agoda supply. Identify, support, and lead projects aimed at scaling up the way the Supply organization leverages on data, insights, and intelligence. Automate manual operational processes and present back on time savings gained through modernization of business operations What you’ll Need to Succeed: At least 2-5+ years of experience working as an Analyst with experience in analytics/data science/insights/strategy/BIAdvanced working knowledge and hands-on experience in SQLStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau (preferably) Expert domain of data analysis and data visualization tools and software such as Excel, Python (or R) Bachelor’s degree ideally in a business or quantitative subject (e.g. computer science, mathematics, engineering, science, economics or finance). A good understanding of statistical modelling knowledge or any machine learning technique knowledge (such as hypothesis testing, regression, logistic regression, random forest, etc.) Good stakeholder management experience. Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and C-suite. Experience in conducting A/B testing experimentation Strong experience in finding data insights and provide business recommendation to the business A hacker’s mindset – the ability to build simple but clever and elegant solutions to new problems within significant resource, operational and time constraints through deep understanding of the business, creative problem solving, and a wide range of expertise in data, analytics, automation, programming, and prototyping. Excellent communicator with superior written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills. Data driven in both decision making and performance measurement. Nair Systems is currently looking Linux System Admin for our Qatar operations. Required Experience & Skills • 5+ years in Linux administration Deep hands‑on experience• Strong PAM / PIM implementation experience• SOC‑level understanding of identity attack detection and response• Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Install, monitor and maintain the main server’s systems and applications for Linux Systems.• Red Hat Certified System Administrator• Strong working knowledge of Red Hat Open Shift architecture, deployment models, and day‑2 operations, including containerized application hosting, scaling, and lifecycle management.• Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts (Iaa S, Paa S, Saa S), hybrid cloud, and multi‑cloud environments.• Provide a reliable operating systems environment in order that the applications meet the required service levels.• Monitor assigned main systems operating systems and application performance sizing and utilization.• Provide automated and documented scripts for backup and retention of data on external storage within the backup and retention policy of each main system.• Ensure timely resolution of operating systems and application failures on main systems.• Posses in depth technical knowledge in operating systems of assigned main servers to provide a convenient platform for systems delivery, understanding the network and systems architecture to resolve any business disruption or inconvenience to the users that may critically impact on the Group.• Understand assigned systems’ internals, architecture and limitations in deciding on methods of problem solving which may impact overall resource availability and time to deliver changes. Perform careful analysis to ensure congruence with the Group’s long-term planning and approved strategy.• Be aware of systems security in application and system software to implement and monitor policy and ensure full protection of software and data from un-authorized access or disruption of services. About The Role The Application Engineer – DX & VRV plays a key role in delivering technically sound, optimized, and commercially competitive HVAC solutions across Daikin's sales organization. This role is responsible for equipment selection, system design validation, technical compliance, and application engineering support throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders, and ensure that proposed DX and VRV solutions meet customer requirements, local regulations, and Daikin engineering standards while contributing to successful project execution and business growth in Qatar. How You Will Make An Impact Provide application engineering support to all Sales functions throughout the project lifecycle, from project inquiry to order confirmation. Design, size, and select DX, VRV and AHU equipment using Daikin selection software (VRV, AHU selection software, and other approved engineering tools). Review project specifications, tender documents, HVAC drawings, and schedules to develop compliant and optimized technical solutions. Validate equipment selections to ensure technical feasibility, energy efficiency, compliance with project requirements, and adherence to Daikin engineering standards. Prepare technical submittals, equipment schedules, selection reports, and engineering documentation to support project proposals. Provide value engineering recommendations and alternative solutions that improve technical performance and commercial competitiveness. Coordinate with Product Management, Sales, Factory Engineering, and other internal teams to resolve technical queries and ensure timely project support. Support quotation preparation by providing accurate technical selections, engineering calculations, and costing inputs. Participate in technical meetings with consultants, customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to present solutions, discuss design requirements, and address application-related questions. Stay current with HVAC technologies, local regulations, industry standards, and Daikin product developments to provide best-in-class application support. Ensure smooth technical handover to the execution team following order confirmation. What You Need To Succeed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC Application Engineering, Technical Support, or HVAC System Design, with strong expertise in DX and VRV systems, preferably within the Qatar or GCC market. Strong knowledge of HVAC system design, equipment selection, psychometrics, heat load calculations, and energy-efficient system applications. Hands-on experience using HVAC selection and design software, including VRV, Auto CAD, AHU selection software and Microsoft Office applications. Solid understanding of MEP drawings, HVAC design standards, tender specifications, and consultant requirements. Proven experience providing technical support across multiple sales channels, including equipment selection, solution optimization, value engineering, and technical proposal development. Ability to analyze project requirements, identify technical risks, and recommend practical engineering solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build effective relationships with consultants, contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders. Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Fluent in English. Arabic language skills are an advantage. Knowledge of international HVAC standards (ASHRAE and AHRI) and familiarity with the Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS) and other applicable local regulations will be an advantage.
