<p>تقديم التوجيه الفني لدعم وظائف Utilities AMP كما هو مطلوب بموجب العقد. سيكون هذا المنصب في دعم برنامج تعزيز عقد القوات الجوية (AFCAP)، ويقع في قاعدة عسكرية العيديد الجوية (AUAB)، الدوحة، قطر. المسؤوليات الأساسية:</p><p>• المسؤول عن محفظة إدارة دورة حياة الأصول التي تتضمن توفير وإدارة المياه، مياه الصرف الصحي، مياه الأمطار، الكهرباء، الميكانيكا، وخدمات الوقود.</p><p>• المسؤول عن إدارة شبكات المرافق وتلبية المتطلبات التنظيمية، مثل إصدار التصاريح المتعلقة بالجودة البيئية والصحة العامة، وأخذ العينات، والتحليل، والتقارير وفق القوانين والتنظيمات المعمول بها.</p><p>• العمل كخبير هندسي والإشراف على مديرين فرعيين ضمن مجالات مسؤوليات AMP المرافق (الكهرباء، مياه الصرف الصحي ومياه الأمطار، المياه الصالحة للشرب وغير الصالحة للشرب، التوزيع الميكانيكي).</p><p>• تقديم الدعم فيما يتعلق بمعدات مثبتة على الممتلكات الفعلية (RPIE) ومولدات بيانات مخزون تفويض المعدات (EAID) للمولّدات.</p><p>• تقديم المشورة والمساعدة في رؤية محفظة المرافق والبنية التحتية الخطية على أعلى مستوى.</p><p>• ستتيح خبرة الموضوع تقديم التوصيات للحكومة حول كيف أفضل استثمار الأصول المعنية وتوحيد جهودها عبر أربع خطوط عمل رئيسية: وضوح الأصول، المتطلبات، التخطيط، والأداء.</p><p>• تقديم المشورة والمساعدة للحكومة لضمان أن يعكس جرد الأصول مستوى كافي من التفاصيل لتمكين قرارات الاستثمار.</p><p>• إجراء مراجعات ضمان جودة (QA) دورية للبيانات واستخدام تحليل الفجوات لتحديد مكان جمع كماً إضافياً من البيانات من قبل Sub-AMP وخبراء الموضوع.</p><p>• دعم تقييمات الحالة وتقديم التوجيه لضمان أن البيانات ذات صلة لديها وضوح وتحليل.</p><p>• العمل مع ورش طيران العمليات، وخبراء الموضوع، وطائرة الهندسة لتقديم المشورة والمساعدة للحكومة في منهجية تقييم الحالة والمنهجية لضمان أن البيانات كافية وأن البيانات الناتجة عن التقييمات موثقة بشكل صحيح.</p><p>• تقديم المشورة ومساعدة الحكومة في تعريف وتحديد أولويات المتطلبات ضمن الأنشطة المعنية.</p><p>• دمج المتطلبات من Sub-AMPs ضمن نشاطهم وتحديد سنوات الهدف لتطوير المشروع والتصميم والتنفيذ.</p><p>• تقديم المشورة والمساعدة في إنشاء المتطلبات لدعم فرص مستقبلية مستمدة من تحليل الأصول.</p><p>• استخدام الأنظمة المناسبة لتحديد متطلبات الاستثمار على مستوى منشأة أو أصول رئيسية مكافئة لإصلاح/صيانة الأنظمة طوال دورة حياتها.</p><p>• تقديم المشورة والمساعدة في تطوير المتطلبات التي قد يتم تنفيذها من خلال عماليات مكتب العمليات العضوي أو من خلال مشاريع تُدار في مكتب الهندسة.</p><p>• أداء تخطيط العمل، بما في ذلك تجميع المتطلبات في فرص وتطوير تقدير تقريبي للتكاليف والعمل لها.</p><p>• قيادة مجموعات عمل AMP نصف السنوية. يجب أن تناقش مجموعات عمل AMP حالة وضوح الأصول، والمخاطر الحالية في محافظ الأصول، ومرشحي المشاريع، وتقييمات الأداء لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs)، ومراجعة أي أهداف AMP مكتملة، وملخص لأهداف AMP التي يجب تحقيقها في السنة القادمة.</p><p>• تقديم المشورة والمساعدة للحكومة في تطوير مقاييس ومؤشرات الأداء لضمان أن الأنشطة تقدم خدمة مثلى.</p><p><strong>الملف الشخصي المرغوب فيه للمرشح</strong></p><ul><li>يجب أن يحمل شهادة بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية من جامعة معتمدة من ABET.</li><li>يجب أن يكون لديه خبرة لا تقل عن خمس (5) سنوات في أنظمة توزيع الكهرباء، التوليد الكهربائي، أو أنظمة التحكم.</li><li>يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في R&O.</li><li>يجب أن يكون ملمة بـ NexGen IT و BUILDER SMS.</li><li>مطلوب إكمال AFIT WENG 200، WENG 400، WMGT 231، WMGT 417. جميع الدورات المطلوبة تُطرح عبر الإنترنت أو بالبث المباشر ويجب إكمالها من خلال أول عرض متاح بعد تاريخ التوظيف.</li><li>القدرة على ممارسة التقدير واتخاذ قرارات فعّالة.</li><li>مهارات تواصل قوية، مهارات شخصية قوية.</li><li>القدرة على العمل والقيادة كعضو في فريق متنوع وديناميكي.</li><li>مهارات حل المشكلات والاستنتاج السليم.</li><li>التمكين الحاسوبي؛ يمكنه استخدام Microsoft Office وProject، وغيرها.</li><li>يجب أن يكون حاملًا لرتبة USN لشغل هذا المنصب.</li><li>يجب أن يكون قادرًا على الحصول على والحفاظ على تصريح أمني سري من الحكومة الأمريكية. ملاحظة: الجنسية الأمريكية مطلوبة للحصول على التصريح السري.</li><li>امتلاك رخصة قيادة صادرة عن الولاية أو رخصة قيادة دولية وجواز سفر.</li><li>يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في التعاقدات الحكومية في الخارج.</li></ul><p>بيئة العمل، المطالب الفيزيائية، والمتطلبات الذهنية:</p><ul><li>القدرة على رفع وحمل ودفع الإمدادات والصناديق حتى 50 رطلاً.</li><li>ساعات طويلة، التعرض للطقس والظروف الخطرة.</li><li>يجب أن يكون الموظفون على علم بالانتقال خلال إشعار قصير وتحت ظروف غير مواتية.</li></ul><p><br></p>
