<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p><strong>الواجبات الأساسية والمسؤوليات وفق الأبعاد:</strong></p><p><strong>أ. أصحاب المصلحة والمالية:</strong> التنسيق مع رئيس بنية المؤسسة لتقديم توصيات بنيوية تتماشى مع إستراتيجية المجموعة ورؤيتها العامة.</p><p><strong>ب. العميل (داخلي وخارجي):</strong> الالتقاء مع المدراء الداخليين ومالكي المشاريع لفهم متطلباتهم وتوثيقها قبل تقديم حلول مناسبة. بناء والحفاظ على علاقة قوية وفعالة مع جميع الأقسام والوحدات والموردين ذات الصلة لتحقيق أهداف المجموعة/ غاياتها.</p><p><strong>ج. الداخلي (العمليات، المنتجات، التنظيم):</strong> تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية المؤسسة بنجاح وتنفيذ بنية سطح المكتب عبر المشاركة الفعالة في برامج التسليم والاستثمار. استخدام منهجيات بنية المؤسّسة القياسية لتنفيذ ونمو بنية المؤسسة للبنك بنجاح. تصميم وبناء بنية تحتية حديثة لضمان نشر البيانات بسلاسة بين الأنظمة والأنظمة الفرعية. تغطية جميع الأنظمة الداخلية وكذلك اعتمادها على منتجات وخدمات موردين متعددة. اقتراح معايير مؤسسية جديدة بناءً على احتياج العمل واحتياج تقنية المعلومات والتطورات التكنولوجية. مساعدة فرق المشاريع في تنفيذ المعايير في التطبيقات التجارية. تطبيق وتطبيق معايير صناعة تقنية المعلومات مثل ITIL. إجراء مراجعات بنية مع فرق البنية التحتية، وإدارة المخاطر الداخلية (IRM) وفرق التدقيق لضمان الالتزام بالمعايير وسياسات إدارة مخاطر المعلومات. العمل بشكل وثيق مع فرق الشبكات والبنية التحتية وفرق المشاريع لفهم احتياجاتهم وضمان تنفيذ أفضل معيار للمؤسسة. تحديد الثغرات في نموذج معلومات/بيانات الشركة ومعالجتها بنشاط بالتنسيق مع فرق دعم الأعمال. يحافظ على متابعة تقنية لتحديد التقنيات الناشئة ذات الصلة بخط العمل. يرفع الوعي بالتقنيات الناشئة الرئيسية ويروج لها داخل الأعمال لمعالجة قضاياها. يقود إعداد وصيانة الوثائق والمعايير للأنشطة المختلفة وأدلّة استخدام الأنظمة وفق سياسة الوثائق العامة. التأكد من دمج تصاميم ومعايير التطوير ضمن إطار حوكمة المجموعة. ضمان الامتثال والالتزام بالمعايير والسياسات الموجودة فيما يخص أمان IT، وأمان الإنترنت والشبكات الافتراضية، وتخطيط استمرارية الأعمال والتعافي من الكوارث. تنفيذ متطلبات كما يكلفه رئيس بنية تكنولوجيا المعلومات للمؤسسة وبالتوافق مع الخطة التجارية العامة.</p><p><strong>د. التعلم والمعرفة:</strong> فهم متطلبات المستخدم والأنظمة الموجودة من أجل توفير الحلول المناسبة من خلال تحسين الأنظمة القائمة أو توفير أنظمة جديدة. معرفة قوية ببنية المؤسسات والقيود في اتخاذ أساليب حل المشكلات التي قد تؤثر على توفر الموارد الإجمالية ووقت تنفيذ التغييرات. إجراء تحليل دقيق لضمان أن التغييرات تتوافق مع تخطيط المجموعة طويل المدى والاستراتيجية المعتمدة. بدء اجتماعات منتظمة تهدف إلى إضافة قيمة من خلال مناقشة التقدم، والمشاكل، وأي قضايا أخرى ذات اهتمام. تحديد مجالات التطوير المهني للنفس والتقارير المباشرة والعمل على تعزيز التطوير المهني للنفس ولغيره.</p><p><strong>هـ. أخرى:</strong> ضمان معايير عالية وأمانة في الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الحساسة تجارياً.</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">المرشح المطلوب profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>متطلبات التعليم/الخبرة: خريج جامعي (علوم الحاسوب أو شهادة ذات علاقة) مع خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في الخدمات المالية مع تخصص في بنية المؤسسات، التصميم والإدارة. دورات محددة في أمان تكنولوجيا المعلومات وبنية المؤسسات. المهارات الخاصة المطلوبة: دافع ذاتي مع مهارات تحفيز وبناء فريق مطورة جيداً. خبرة قوية في تصميم معماري. مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية ممتازة بالإنجليزية والعربية (يفضل). مهارات قيادية وإدارية فعالة. مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات واتخاذ القرار قوية. مهارات إدارة المشاريع. مهارات توثيق قوية. مهارات تعامل بين الأشخاص جيدة.</p><p></p></section>

Job Summary The IT Auditor plays a critical role in supporting Mowasalat’s vision of delivering agile, safe, and sustainable transport solutions by providing independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of IT risk management, governance, and control processes. The role is responsible for planning and executing IT audits, evaluating IT systems and controls, assessing compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements, identifying risks, and providing recommendations for improvement. The position contributes to strengthening IT governance, enhancing risk management practices, and ensuring the effectiveness, security, and reliability of Mowasalat’s information technology environment.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>IT Audit Planning & Execution Plan and execute IT audit assignments, including risk assessments, audit procedures, and reporting activities. Develop an understanding of audited activities, including associated IT risks and controls. Identify and assess IT audit risks and recommend strategies to mitigate identified risks.<br>IT Systems & Controls Evaluation Evaluate IT systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Contribute to continuous enhancement of IT governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.<br>Qualifications & Requirements:<br>Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science / Information Technology & Information Systems, or an accredited IT/IS Audit certification such as CISA, CISSP, or ACDA is preferred.<br>Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in IT auditing, IT risk management, or a related field. Experience within the transportation sector or a highly reputed organisation in a similar or equivalent role is preferred.<br>Certifications & Training (Preferred) Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
