ملف المرشح المثالي
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة
- أكثر من 4 سنوات في عمليات الأنظمة أو بيئة مماثلة
- مهارات تحليلية وقوية في التقارير والتنسيق
Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview: Support daily operations of utility systems, ensuring reliable system performance, data flow, and communication between field devices and central platforms
Key Responsibilities: Monitor system performance and ensure continuous operations Troubleshoot connectivity, data, and system issues Coordinate with IT, engineering, and field teams Maintain logs, reports, and operational documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field
- 4+ years in systems operations or similar environment
- Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
