<section><p class="heading jdMain">وصف الوظيفة</p><p class="heading">الأدوار والمسؤوليات</p><div class="paragraph"><p>بصفتك رئيس قسم التصوير والإضاءة، ستكون مسؤولاً عن التصوير والإضاءة للأخبار والبرامج التي تبث حيّاً في جميع القاعات، البث الخارجي والفعاليات الخاصة. المسؤوليات الرئيسية: التأكد من أن جميع الكاميرات وأنظمة التحكم بالكاميرا مُصانة بانتظام وفي حالة عمل ممتازة، بالتعاون مع الهندسة لتحقيق أعلى معايير التشغيل الفنية في جميع الأوقات. مسؤول عن supervison staff، والتدريب وتقديم المشورة للإدارة حول المواد/المعدات الجديدة اللازمة لتحقيق التميز التشغيلي والبقاء على اطلاع باتجاهات الصناعة. سيكونون مسؤولين عن توزيع جداول تشغيل مشغلي الكاميرا وإدارة الإجازات والتغطية في حالات المرض. التنسيق مع المشرفين/قادة الفرق في تشغيل قسم الكاميرا/الإضاءة يومياً التأكد من اتباع عمليات تشغيل مناسبة وتدريب الموظفين جيداً لأداء الوظيفة المطلوبة وفق أعلى المعايير الصناعية تشغيل جميع الكاميرات والرافعات/الأذرع كما هو مُوجَّه، سواء في الاستوديو/غرفة الأخبار أو المواقع/OB تشغيل لوحات التحكم في الإضاءة والمحافظة على تصميم الإضاءة تشغيل نظام الكاميرا الروبوتية والتشغيل المتزامن لنظام تحكم الكاميرا. التنسيق مع المخرجين في جميع إنتاجات الاستوديو تطوير حلول إضاءة لبرامج جديدة قائمة في الاستوديو كونه رئيس قسم التصوير والإضاءة ستكون مسؤولاً عن التصوير والإضاءة للأخبار والبرامج التي تبث حيّاً في جميع القاعات، البث الخارجي والفعاليات الخاصة. مسؤوليات أخرى: التطلع بنشاط لتعزيز إخراج الكاميرا لجميع العروض القائمة في الاستوديو حضور الاجتماعات مع الإدارة والتقارير المباشرة تحديد أهداف الموظفين بالإضافة إلى إجراء تقييمات سنوية للموظفين. تحديد متطلبات التدريب السنوية للفريق. ضمان التقاط مقاييس الأداء KPI وتوليد تقارير يومية وأسبوعية وشهرية. إدارة توظيف الفريق وضمان استمرارية التشغيل. أداء مهام أخرى ذات صلة بالوظيفة كما تطلب الإدارة</p></div></section><section><p class="heading">الملف المرغوب فيه للمرشح</p><p class="paragraph"></p><p>التعليم: الحد الأدنى شهادة البكالوريوس في الفيلم/الاتصالات/عمليات البث. يفضل مستوى الماجستير في المجال ذاته وكذلك دبلومات متخصصة في التصوير والإضاءة الخبرة: الحد الأدنى 12 عاماً من الخبرة المهنية في كاميرات الاستوديو والإضاءة. يجب أن تكون خمس سنوات منها في دور عالي المستوى ضمن بيئة أخبار البث</p><p></p></section>
