The pre-sales engineer will be responsible for developing sales proposals, handling customer inquiries, and driving presales efforts to meet business objectives.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>Customer Engagement:</strong> Understanding customer requirements, and build strong technical relationships. Assess client requirements, and provide technical guidance on ELV system design and implementation</p></li><li><p><strong>Solution Design:</strong> Develop customized technical solutions, architectures, and proposals that align with customer needs and company products portfolio.</p></li><li><p><strong>Technical Expertise:</strong> Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) during the sales process</p></li><li><p><strong>Sales Collaboration:</strong> Partner with sales teams to provide technical input, support bids, and ensure technical feasibility for closing deals.</p></li><li><p><strong>Documentation:</strong> Contribute to sales materials, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and technical documentation.</p></li><li><p>Drive presales KPI's, and handle multiple product portfolio</p></li></ul><p><br></p></div></section><section><p class="heading">Desired Candidate Profile</p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><p><strong>Experience: </strong>5-10 Years of Pre Sales Experience</p></li><li><p><strong>Education Background:</strong> Bachelor of Engineering – Electronics &amp; Communication</p></li><li><p>Exhibits a deep understanding of ELV systems, including security surveillance &amp; access control systems</p></li><li><p>Possesses strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.</p></li><li><p>Nationality: Open to all nationalities, fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.</p></li><li><p>Gender: Open to both Female &amp; Male candidates</p></li><li><p>Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus</p></li></ul><p></p></section>
