Job Purpose The Information Technology Lead is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s IT services, systems, devices, networks, user access, software subscriptions, and technology assets are reliable, secure, and well managed. The role leads day-to-day IT support while coordinating with internal departments, vendors, procurement, finance, and cybersecurity teams.<br>Key Responsibilities Lead the IT service desk, manage user support requests, meet response-time targets, and resolve day-to-day technical issues. Create, modify, review, and remove user accounts and access rights for employees, including onboarding, transfers, and offboarding. Coordinate endpoint security, device updates, patching, antivirus, and security alerts with the Cybersecurity team. Identify, document, track, and close IT risks, ensuring evidence is maintained and corrective actions are completed. Maintain IT service-management processes, ensuring service desk activities, asset controls, and security requirements are properly documented. Support the delivery of managed IT services to external clients in coordination with the Services Department. Prepare weekly IT reviews, KPI scorecards, and reports covering tickets, assets, licences, compliance, risks, and service performance. Coordinate with Digital Transformation, Infrastructure & Cloud, AI, Development, Project Management, Wallet, and other departments on access, onboarding, systems, and operational support. <br>Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 4–6 years of practical IT support, systems administration, or IT operations experience.
