Job Summary The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. The role provides insights into financial performance, trends, and risks to improve business efficiency and profitability. The position also plays a key role in month-end and year-end closing processes, including review of accruals, financial reporting, and preparation of audited financial statements. Support preparation of audited financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and policies. Collaborate with project, operations, procurement, and commercial teams to collect financial data and ensure accuracy of reporting. Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders. Identify cost optimization opportunities and support revenue improvement initiatives. The Role:Bridge Capital is hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver rigorous financial analysis, forecasting, and portfolio-performance insight across our investment platform. We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Strategic Planning function and contribute to strategy formulation, execution and corporate performance management. This role will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, Finance and business functions to support strategic decision-making, performance monitoring and the execution of key strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research, industry trend analysis and internal assessments to support strategy formulation. Analyse macroeconomic indicators, competitor financials and emerging banking trends, particularly across the GCC. About the role Job Type: Full-time We're looking for a junior, tech-savvy geoscientist with up to 3 years of experience. The Technical Analyst will join our team in to provide users with outstanding technical support and training for our products, including Star Steer. The ideal candidate should have a passion to provide technical demos and trainings for our clients. We are looking for a client-focused individual who works well in a fast-paced environment, and who has a technical background in the geosciences.
