Use languages such as Python, Java, Golang, or Java Script/Type Script to implement APIs, data services, and lightweight UIs that expose data in a usable way to agents, managers, and operations teams. Work closely with CEG product managers and operations to translate operational pain points into concrete data tools, from problem framing to delivery and iteration. Apply solid software engineering practices—testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability—to data products so they are reliable, maintainable, and easy to extend. At Staff level, define and drive the roadmap for key CEG data tools and platforms, ensuring reuse across regions, lines of business, and channels.<br><br>Data Analytics & Business Impact<br><br>Partner with CEG product and business teams to translate questions into data problems and design clear analytic approaches. Build and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., contact volumes, handling time, quality, customer outcomes, agent performance, spot alerts) that provide reliable metrics and self‑service access to data. Perform deep‑dive analysis to understand trends in contact patterns, customer issues, agent performance, and operational efficiency; identify root causes and propose practical, data‑driven recommendations. Define and maintain metrics and KPIs (e.g., CSAT, NPS, SLA, AHT, FCR, quality scores), ensuring consistent definitions across CEG teams and tools. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.</p><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><p><strong>Program Start Date: January 2027</strong></p><br><p><strong>Location: Doha, Qatar&nbsp;</strong></p><br><p><strong>About:</strong>&nbsp;<strong>Erada Program</strong> is Microsoft's program tailored for <strong>Qatari Nationals</strong>, aiming to accelerate Qataris employability and create market impact through Early-in-Profession recruitment, and skilling programs.</p><br><p><strong>Program overview: &nbsp;</strong>Microsoft Erada Internship is a paid six-month training program that offers globally recognized technical and professional certifications &amp; skills, and on-the-job training to include mentoring, coaching, job shadowing and real-life scenario assignments.</p><br><p><strong>Program Details: The 6 months, full-time</strong> program is divided into two key phases (Phase 1 - Onboarding &amp; Skilling, Phase 2 - On The Job Training)</p><br><p><strong>Phase one</strong>:&nbsp;<em>Onboarding &amp; Skilling Bootcamp (1 month)</em></p><br><ul><li>Onboarding and introduction to Microsoft’s mission, culture, strategy &amp; structure.</li><li>Technical skilling to obtain globally recognized Microsoft technical certifications.</li><li>Professional and soft skilling courses including project management, change management, effective interpersonal skills, creativity and innovation, and time management.</li></ul><p><strong>Phase two:</strong>&nbsp;<em>On-the-job training (5 months)</em></p><br><ul><li>Joining as an&nbsp;<strong>CSA</strong>&nbsp;for on-the-job shadowing and training.</li><li>Mentorship and coaching sessions.</li><li>Supporting Microsoft teams in digital transformation projects.</li><li>Advanced technology trainings including AI, Machine Learning &amp; Cloud Computing.</li></ul><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p><br><ul><li>Applies foundational technical knowledge of an architecture solution to meet business and information technology (IT) requirements and resolve identified technical constraints.</li><li>Acts as the voice of the customer (VOC)/partner by learning to identify and share feedback around technical capabilities, gaps, blockers, and insights that relate to the customer/partner with internal teams, using established channels.</li><li>Solicits input from others to contribute to proposals for viable solutions based on specific technical products. demonstrates basic technical concepts and proves those design solutions capability through design collaboration sessions with the customer/partner.</li><li>Supports research projects and contributes to scoping surveys for customers/partners to assess potential intellectual property (IP) needs or process changes.</li><li>Participates in external architect community events (e.g., conferences, seminars, technical meetups, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons) and shares learnings with the internal team.</li><li>Participates in discussions around architecture design, resiliency reviews, and technical optimization that result in production deployment application and increase customer business value. Ensures that the customer's environment and applications are well-architected.</li></ul><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><p><strong>Minimum Qualifications</strong></p><br><ul><li>Currently pursuing/completed a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.</li><li>Qatari nationality.</li><li>Legally authorized to work in Qatar (Legally authorized = Has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).</li><li>Fluency in English.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications </strong></p><br><ul><li>Passion for technology and customer obsessed.</li><li>Displays strong stakeholder and relationship management across senior leaders, partners, and customers.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentationskills.</li><li>Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g. Azure) are preferred but not required.</li><li>Change Management Certification (e.g. Prosci) are preferred but not required.</li></ul><p>#EiP #MCAPSEiP</p><br> <br><p>This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.</p><br><br><br><p>Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
