<li>Provide technical leadership and governance for all Rotating Equipment mainly GTG and GTC engineering activities across projects and operations, ensuring compliance and life cycle performance of Rotating machinery.</li>
<li>Responsible for coordinating all aspects of Rotating Equipment design, technical and execution definition, including planning for Compression execution.</li>

<li>Ensures technical requirements for all the rotating equipment related deliverables (e.g. project specifications, data sheets, etc.) developed during detailed design fully comply with project deliverables and through effective collaborations and interfaces with contractors, vendors, LNG and Shareholders to ensure the rotating equipment and equipment scope of supply is fully integrated and optimized.</li>
<li>Responsible for the technical engagement with Contractor and Vendors during procurement activities to assist and ensure contractor timely deliver placement of all the equipment packages.</li>
<li>Provides Rotating Equipment including GTG/GTC knowledge, design, quality assurance and expertise while overseeing the Rotating Equipment aspects of the contract ensuring project deliverables and schedule are met.</li>
<li>Directs the preparation and stewardship of Rotating Equipment scope of work in EPC contract, advises and recommends design procedures, processes deliverables and alternative studies, as required, to optimize project cost and schedule.</li>
<li>Responsible for ensuring execution of work is technically aligned and in compliance with LNG Operations, Policies, Standards of Business Conduct and LNG Project Management System.</li>
<li>Manages Contractor's Rotating Equipment activities including validation of personnel numbers, qualifications and experience; usage of appropriate design tools, including computer hardware and software; adherence with all project objectives, requirements, specifications, standards, procedures, execution plans and design verification processes.</li>
<li>Assesses and validates contractor capability in providing all contract documents, progress measurement and reporting and recommends additional technical support to address gaps.</li>
<li>Manages the technical attachments and scope descriptions to all Rotating Equipment engineering contracts and the delivery time to all purchase orders. All the Long Lead Equipment identified by Contractor.</li>
<li>Accountable knowledge of and sharing previous lessons learned, capturing and communicating current lessons learned to support review teams and future projects.</li>
<li>Develop, review and amend various policies and procedures to ensure that all mechanical engineering references are up to date and relevant.</li>
