Master s degree would be an added advantage. Minimum 10 years experience in similar field with proven track records in road design including at least 5 years current Qatar/Middle East experience Knowledge with the local authority procedure, standards and regulations in Qatar is essential. Expertise in Civil 3D and BIM Modelling. MMUP Registration is mandatory, or ability to obtain within 6 months of joining. Conversant with the QHDM and other local authority approval procedure related to road design. Road Safety Audit Certificates would be an added advantage. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Inter Discipline coordination. Familiar with the local authority procedure, standards and regulations in Qatar Experienced in authority NOC/approval/permit procedure. Good team player. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.</p>
