Review contractor manpower loading, commissioning resource requirements and specialist vendor support requirements, providing technical recommendations and supporting project teams where required. Support engineering and commissioning teams in achieving critical project milestones including Long Lead Item (LLI) delivery, package testing, preservation requirements, Ready on Site (ROS) targets and startup readiness activities. Witness rotating equipment, associated mechanical package and piping system FATs, SATs, mechanical run testing, alignment verification, flushing activities, vibration analysis and commissioning activities in accordance with project requirements and approved procedures. Verify contractor commissioning reports, preservation records, package testing documentation and startup readiness reporting accurately reflect field execution progress and operational status.
