Review Revit models and electrical layouts. Coordinate multidisciplinary clash detection. Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP).<br><br>Team Leadership<br><br>Mentor electrical engineers, BIM engineers, and CAD designers. Conduct technical reviews and coaching. Support recruitment, competency development, and performance management. Promote continuous improvement and engineering best practices.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory) Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferred) Chartered Engineer (CEng), PE, or equivalent professional registration is an advantage.<br><br>Experience<br><br>Minimum 12–15 years of electrical design experience. Minimum 5 years in a Lead Electrical Engineer role. Extensive experience in infrastructure engineering consultancy. Proven experience delivering major infrastructure projects in Qatar or the GCC.
