Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Function as a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer for a Power and Desalination Plant project, providing technical assurance over the Contractor’s civil and structural design from commencement through completion. Review Revit models and electrical layouts. Coordinate multidisciplinary clash detection. Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP).<br><br>Team Leadership<br><br>Mentor electrical engineers, BIM engineers, and CAD designers. Conduct technical reviews and coaching. Support recruitment, competency development, and performance management. Promote continuous improvement and engineering best practices.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory) Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering (Preferred) Chartered Engineer (CEng), PE, or equivalent professional registration is an advantage.<br><br>Experience<br><br>Minimum 12–15 years of electrical design experience. Minimum 5 years in a Lead Electrical Engineer role. Extensive experience in infrastructure engineering consultancy. Proven experience delivering major infrastructure projects in Qatar or the GCC.
