Role Description The Wellhead Maintenance Engineer / operator is a part-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable operation of wellhead equipment. This role involves planning and executing routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of wellheads and associated components in coordination with field operations teams. The engineer will diagnose mechanical and pressure-control issues, recommend corrective actions, and supervise repairs or replacements to maintain integrity and compliance with industry standards. Daily tasks include reviewing maintenance records, preparing technical reports, updating asset documentation, and supporting adherence to HSSE guidelines. Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>The QA/QC Engineer provides professional technical guidance with full responsibility and accountability for ensuring effective implementation of the Quality Management System across all Offshore Department activities. The role ensures that all projects are executed in full compliance with Qatar Energy Standards, Shell DEPs, and applicable international codes and standards, as reflected in the relevant Project Quality Plans (PQPs).
