Manage site logistics, material handling, and preservation of electrical equipment. Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities including energization readiness. Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and provide practical site solutions.<br><br>Qualifications & Skills<br><br>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 15 years of experience in electrical construction, with significant exposure to oil & gas projects. Proven experience in substation construction (GIS/AIS) and high-voltage systems. Strong knowledge of MEP systems integration within industrial projects. Familiarity with international standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA) and utility requirements. Experience in brownfield projects and live plant interface management is preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Security design solutions across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.<br>PPA is building a permanent, full-time, site-based Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team in Qatar to support its growing mission-critical project portfolio.<br>The Project Manager leads the PMC team on site and holds full accountability for project delivery – scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety – acting as the
