Review Inspection and Test Plan submitted by Framework contractors and monitor
its proper implementation Framework Contractors and raise development

Support DNO&M Internal Audits and conduct Second Party (BAU) Audit
(Framework Contractor's Audit)
Review Contractors QA/QC Reports, Non Conformities (NCR) / Observation and

Query (TQ) / Concession Requests (CR) related to any Non Conformities (NCR) in
DNO&M Catchment Zone.
Conduct Rainy Season preparedness Audit.

Carry out spares inspection to ensure compliance with relevant quality standards,

Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Manage and conduct marine inspections and audits on vessels contracted or operating within Qatar Energy’s areas to ensure compliance with international, regional, local, and contractual standards.<br><br>Oversee Port State Control inspections, OVID audits, and DP trials to safeguard operational integrity, prevent substandard vessels from operating, and uphold safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>Fully familiar with movement of floating units and all aspects of marine operations connected with the offshore industry including PSV, AHTS, offshore construction vessels, Heavy Lift Vessels/Barges/JUB/Diving & ROV vessels, rig moving, support operations, and marine investigation. Considerable knowledge of seaport rules, regulations, policies, and procedures pertaining to vessel movements, port and cargo operation activities, and offshore operations with a good working knowledge of regulations for the Offshore Industry. Conduct daily inspections to identify and immediately address unsafe conditions, fire hazards, and unsafe staff practices throughout the property. Maintain and regularly inspect all fire protection and life safety systems, including fire hydrants, hose reels, extinguishers, alarms, emergency devices, and related equipment. Conduct periodic testing and inspection of fire safety equipment and emergency systems, ensuring accurate maintenance records and log entries. Ensure the serviceability of standby generators, emergency lighting, emergency exits, escape routes, and other critical emergency facilities. Inspect electrical installations, equipment, wiring, heaters, and other potential fire hazards to ensure safe operating conditions. Ensure appropriate fire and safety measures are implemented during hotel events, functions, and special activities. Conduct regular fire drills, safety meetings, and employee awareness training to maintain a strong safety culture across the hotel. Report unsafe conditions and required corrective actions to the relevant Heads of Department and Chief Engineer, and follow up until issues are resolved.
