Senior SOC Engineer Location: Qatar Experience: 8+ Years Industry: Information Technology / Cybersecurity Job Purpose We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SOC Engineer with a strong background in Security Operations, Threat Detection, and Vulnerability Management. The ideal candidate will possess 8+ years of hands-on experience in IT Security Systems, leading incident response, engineering detection use cases, and managing the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle to protect critical infrastructure. Audio Visual (AV) Commissioning Engineer is responsible for the configuration, programming, testing, calibration, and successful handover of audio-visual solutions in various environments, ensuring that all systems meet project specifications and client requirements. Key Responsibilities Commission AV systems (audio, video, lighting, and control), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across all components. We have a new requirement for a Senior Systems Engineer to join SOC Fusion Center team in Doha. This is a hands-on infrastructure role covering Linux, Windows, virtualization, monitoring, and backup across a mission-critical environment.<br>Experience required: 8+ years in systems engineering/administration, with strong exposure to networks, servers, and virtualization platforms.<br>Key responsibilities:On the Linux side, you'll handle OS installation and configuration, user and access management, package management (apt/yum), routine patching, performance monitoring, backup and recovery, firewall and IDS/IPS configuration, security audits, and network services like DNS, DHCP, and VPN. On the Windows side, you'll manage Windows Server environments, user/group administration, Group Policy Objects, security updates, file shares, antivirus and firewall configuration, security audits and risk assessments, and core network services. On virtualization, you'll work across VMware v Sphere (ESXi, v Center) and Nutanix clusters — deployment, configuration, performance tuning, VM management, and networking, including VXRail.
